Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Goal Zero SAE to ring terminal connector. This is going to allow you to connect to the ring terminals on your 12 vol battery so that you can then connect your Goal Zero Spade to SAE cable here and get this connected to your solar charge controller. I do happen to have a Goal Zero Spade to SAE cable. So you can kind of see how this is gonna plug in.

Got those two SAE ports there connectors, we'll plug those together. And then you've got your spade end here which will plug right into your 10 amp or 20 amp solar charge controller on the bottom there you can see that you've got that connection for your solar panel and then you've got these other connectors here for your battery. So you wanna make sure that your positive is going to your positive negative is going to your negative. And then that's going to allow your power to flow from your solar panel to your battery to get your battery charged up. So this is just gonna be one piece in the overall setup but if you are needing to replace that original that came with your kit, or if you're wanting to get a second battery set up so that you can unplug one and plug in another one, have a more permanent installation.

Having these connected to the ring terminal to the posts of your battery, rather than the alligator clamps connecting from one to the other. This is gonna be exactly what you need. This is 21 inches in length. We do have 12 gauge wires here. They are gonna provide the nice secure connection.
