Speaker 1: Today we're going to look at the Dexter never lube trailer hub and drum assembly for 8,000 lb Dexter 50 millimeter never lube axles with the eight on six and a half inch bolt pattern.This hub and drum assembly will include the 50 millimeter cartridge bearing, the bearing retainers to keep it in there, the grease cap, the wheel studs and you notice the lug nuts are also included. This is designed to work with both electric, let me turn it around for you. Both electric and hydraulic brakes. It is for use with the 12 and a quarter inch by three and three eighths inch brake assemblies. Application again is the 8,000 lb Dexter 50 millimeter never lube axles. Capacity on this one is 4,000 lbs.
So when this is used with one on the other side of the axle, it will meet the 8,000 lb capacity of the axle.The drum dimension we're going to measure here. Inside diameter is right at 12 and a quarter inches. Overall width is right at 4 inches. Again, the bolt pattern is an eight on six and a half inch bolt pattern. The grease cap that it comes with is a 3.355 inch outer diameter.
It fits right in there. The wheel stud size is nine sixteenths by eighteen.
