The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: 8 on 6-1/2 means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: 5 on 4-1/2 means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
Measuring the distance (D) from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Install this hub-and-drum assembly on your trailer. Hub fits 42MM Nev-R-Lube axles. We are leaving for a trip in a few days and unfortunately just discovered an issue with the Dexter Auto adjust brakes. Etrailer said the parts should arrive in 2 days and I was doubtful. Sure enough, they arrived when they said! Very impressed!
Well I ordered it in July when broke down in Buffalo. It was to be a spare part. It came. The neighbor took it off the porch and kept it. In August we returned and opened up the box. It was 11 bottles of Tea Shampoo/conditioner. I called etrailer and talked to Shawnee. She sent another hub assembly and arranged for UPS to pick up the hair products. The new hub arrived.......in a damaged box. The hub was there but the loose hardware was missing out the hole in the side of the box. I emailed etrailer and they sent the hardware items. They arrived today. Their response was quick. It didn't cost me anything extra. Of course, this was messed up and I'm happy I wasn't broke down awaiting for the parts. I think the etrailer part was good except for the packing of the second shipment. I'm not so impressed with the freight company, UPS. The hub is 39 pounds and need additional box reinforcement.
However, other orders in the past have come with no problems.
I was very satisfied with the quality of the Dexter OEM hub/drum and brake assemblies. These items were installed on our 2015 Airstream Eddie Bauer and were an exact match to the factory originals parts.
Representative was helpful while ordering and installation video was a good resource.
Etrailer came through for us when we had an emergency need for new brakes on our Airstream before we travelled the Million Dollar Hwy. Marcus and the team expedited our parts and followed up throughout the delivery.

Hub/drum assembly arrived in good condition, and should provide sensible insurance against bearing failure on our Oliver Elite II travel trailer with Nev R Lube bearings. I have always received good service from etrailer

This was a replacement for a Dexter brake that was on a 4 year old Airstream that had less than 9000 miles on it and proved to be defective. Dexter wouldn’t honor the 5-year warranty since I wasn’t the original owner. Service from etrailer was great but I wouldn’t select another Dexter product if there were other options.
There was no packing material in with drums and were beat up from moving around. luckily only one cap damaged. Two of the drums were not machined properly and dust cap that was not damaged was loose and would not stay in drum. two of the drums were correct and dust cap tapped in normally.

My camper was stranded up in the mountains of NM and when I got the drum it fit fine but the washer and nylon stop nut were way to small. Thank goodness I didn't throw the old ones away. Now that the camper is home I'll loctite and re-torque the nut.
Lots of talk about knock off bearings. These hubs have the Timkens and packaged well. Delivered quick!
I was glad to find and get a OEM part’s at a fair price. The fit of the drums was exactly as originally drums. I will continue getting my parts from etrailer as I need to replace parts for my 5th wheel and utility trailer.
Ordered part 008-388-80 (dexter nev-R lube hub and 42mm bearing) for my 2017 Airstream international signature 30rb. Waited on hold for about 40min to talk with Adam who helped take my order and confirm they had the parts as shown on the website. Parts arrived within 3days and are a perfect fit. Adam was extremely helpful and respectful. Will use etrailer again for future purchases.

I had a unusual break drum but thanks to the help line she was able to find a replacement. Fit Right into place. Delivery was fast and on time.
Perfect fit. Relatively easy to install, good etrailer instructions. When you install these do the shoe adjustment manually at first. After that the take care of themselves.
No problem with replacing never lubricants hubs. No problem since.
Everything ok. Thanks for the good service. Since I purchased this hub and bearing sssembly as a spare, I will not be installing it, only if one goes out.
