As far as cutting, I am pleased to say that the hitch does not require any cutting whatsoever on your 2022 model. The installation is super easy and can be done in about 30 minutes.

That isn't the case with all, but for whatever reason, Draw-Tite did not mention this in the instructions. So you'll want to measure the area so the # 76176 receiver can extend correctly, likely about a 3-1/2" wide x 2-1/2" long section.
