Light arrived within a day or two of order. Perfect match to OEM light currently on trailer. Easy to install. Very satisfied with product and service.
The old light there was 2 leds instead of light bulb. It will do the job probably not at the same density.

Replacement lights for my camper still work perfectly. All my trailer needs will always come from etrailer. Customer service is awesome ??
First time customer and very unsatisfied. Ordered two led lights. Took forever to receive. Delivery date was 8-8. Did not receive till 8-17. When I did receive they were two different lights. Called and talked with employee. She found correct light and I ordered. Paid for light and 3 day delivery. Light came in wrong. Correct design but not led. Emailed employee and she found correct light. Ordered light again and paid 2 day delivery. This has really been a bad experience with your company. I have been trying to get two light’s since 8-4. It has cost me a small fortune to purchase two led lights. Really don’t know if I will ever order from you again. You were recommended by a friend that loves you. I am very disappointed.

Still working great.
Hard to find trailer taillight assembly (2015 Coachman Apex Ultra light). But you guys hard it! Decent price and got it delivered ASAP (5 days after ordered). You guys are now my "go to" site. Thanks for the excellent service. TomO.

Yeah, funny story, one day I looked back there and the lens was gone! Don't know how or when. Got the part number off the remaining lens, googled it and found one on etrailer's website (I like you guys, btw). The lens works great,
no problems except the original light base (which is glued to the exterior body work with silicone) is slightly deformed from one of the screws being put
in too far. This created a deflection of the plastic base, which then interfered with the lens clicking into place securely. Was able to get one side clicked in, but not the the other, which is why the original lens came off. Anyway, used gorilla tape all the way around it to secure it, and this
has worked well since.

It’s not LED like the one on the trailer but it’s still the same lens which is what I needed. So it works

Perfect replcement, easy installation, prompt delivery
etrailer is an awesome source for Travel Trailer supplies. The tail light was a direct replacement for one that I had accidentally stepped on while climbing down the rear ladder of my Travel Trailer. The installation is simple since the mounting screw holes lined up perfectly as did the opening for the wiring. After a year of use - I couldn't be happier.
Excellent company to deal with. They excel at personal communication, and the products are top notch. Our tail light lens assembly was shipped promptly and is still perfect after one year of use.
