Optronics RVST60 Low Profile RV Combination Tail Light Passenger Side Dimensions

Surface-Mount Light

Surface mount light

Surface-mount lights install flat against the surface of the trailer, so a hole does not need to be cut into the trailer for the light. This type of light is installed using a flange or bracket that has mounting holes. And mounting hardware is used to secure the light to the trailer.

All I really needed was the lens but I ordered the whole light to have spare parts. Fits perfect.

by:

Simple install if you have wiring skills. Perfect fit

by:

Just what I needed, at a great price. I’ll use you guys again in the future. Thank you.

Just fine. Look better than ever. And operate perfectly.

by:

This product was received in perfect condition and was exactly what we ordered. This is the exact product on our trailer now and we were pleased to find a replacement at such a reasonable price. Unfortunately, when we attempted to remove the lens from the base, one of the clips broke. I just ordered another one. Fingers crossed it doesn't break this time.

Perfectly

by:

A couple of thousand miles and still going strong. Some pretty rough stretches of road too.

by:

This is a follow up of my previous review. Second time ordering this product, it arrived just as timely and in perfect condition. This time we were successful in separating the lens from the base. Installation was very simple, especially since this is the exact same product on our trailer now. Completely satisfied with the product, price, service and performance. We will definitely use this company for future needs!

This product is still in perfect working condition. We will definitely use this company in the future!

by:

It matched my factory lens perfectly. Very difficult to remove lens from the mounting backing plate. Broken one tab trying to remove the lens. On second base I used a dremel tool to file down the tab hook a little, so it didn't bite so much lens plastic. There just isn't enough flex in the tab to clear the lens. After modification works great. The good news is etrailer sells them cheap, so not the end of the world if you break a tab. I can see in the future that replacing bulbs might break another. So, I will buy another for a backup! etrailer is the best!

by:

Perfect match for my broken light. You are my go to resource for parts for my travel trailer.

Great, retailer is my go to place for my trailer parts.

by:

Super fast service!

by:

These tail lights look great, but are very difficult to separate the lens from their base. I broke two myself.

The little white tabs on the ends, which hold the lens tight to the base have very little flexibility and if you push too hard they are prone to breakage. My solution was to grind or file the base's white tab's "bite" with a Dremel tool, so that they have 1/2 the grip on the red lens, which also requires less inward travel to release the lens...

Tabs operate much better now!

by:

This is slightly different (but will work) from OEM Forest river covers. It is slightly larger and the tabs are loose fitting. Some adhesive or similar maybe needed for a secure fit.

by:

We replaced both of our trailer lights with these, since one was broken and we wanted them to match. These were a little smaller than the old ones, but still fit perfectly. Happy with them!

by:

Etrailer was very helpful in suggesting a replacement when what I ordered wasn’t currently available. The lights were exactly what I needed.

by:

Good value and identical to the original equipment on my Rockwood trailer. I just needed the lens cover but the unit included the base with lamp. Now I have some spare parts.

by:

Great. Exactly what I needed. Picture was great and came as stated. I was told that I had to buy different lights from the trailer company I bought my camper from. They said that they quit making them. So glad that I found your company. The price was affordable. Ordering was easy, product came fast. Thank you.

by:

The item is the exact replacement for the the lamp that was installed from factory on
camper. Not much else to say. Thank you

by:

It works great for the price. I would have stepped up to a LED fixture but I already had several of the bulbs it uses. I replaced the exact same fixture whose base, (the white back), had been warped, by the sun would be my guess.

by:

Replaced original stop lights on 1987 Easy Go Golf Cart. Found adaptable stop lights on your site which use same bulb and functions as original. Otherwise the cart was in good shape!

by:

It's just a light cover so can't say much about it but what I will say is the customer service at this company is Fantastic. My order was very small but they treated me as if I was spending a ton of $. Not only that the shipping was super fast, and the packaging was done in a way that my products were extremely well protected from the shipping gorillas. They have won my business and I am telling all my friends. Thank you for a job well done!

by:

I bought this light cover a year ago, and so far it has stayed on. I added a silicon bead around the edge, so that may have helped. I’m happy with the product.

by:

Excellent set of trailer lights. Bought a set from another online retailer and they turned out to be crap.

by:

I have not had a chance to get on the trailer and install but this item came very quickly and appears to the exact match.

by:

You get what you pay for. I went for the inexpensive tail lights and the quality matched the price. They will be good enough for my application.

by:

I have used products from etrailer.com from building trailers to fixing them and never been disappointed in their products or service.

by:

etrailer is very professional and helpful. Product is just as advertised.

  • Replacement Tail Lights for a 1981 Palomino Pop Up Camper
The first thing to look at is the size of the Bargman tail light # 30-92-002 and how it compares to the existing lights on your 1981 Palomino pup. The Bargman light is 8-9/16" long x 4-9/16" wide x 2-1/8" thick. The wiring on this light may seem a little confusing but I can explain it. The two white wires are ground wires and will need to attach to a clean, bare metal surface. The black wire is for brake lights and turn signals. Green is for running lights. That leaves the red wire for...

  • Replacement Taillights & Light Lenses for 1995 Cobra Sandpiper 5th Wheel Trailer
Trailer makers do not keep detailed specs on smaller items such as the lights they install, and for a 5th wheel trailer that is 21 years old the original light's maker may no longer be around. But you can check for a part number that will help your search by removing the light's base from the trailer. Most often the manufacturer name/part numbers will be found on the light's base, rather than on the lens. I researched photos of your Sandpiper and I note that the rectangular lens is mounted...

  • LED Light Upgrades For a 2018 Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite 21DS
Based on images I could find for your 2018 Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite DS21 I see it has the Tail Light # RVST60 and # RVST61 but with a black base. We do have the LED Tail Lights # RVSTLB60 and # RVSTLB61 which are a similar shape with LED lights and the black base. I'm a little confused when you say the colors don't line up and reflectors are on the wrong side. With these lights they have reflectors built into the lens. The Light # RVSTLB61 does mention drivers side but you are...

  • Replacement Tail Light for a 2005 Shorelandr Trailer
Thanks for the picture! I went to the Shoreland'r website and found that there is no exact replacement for the light from your 2005 Shorelandr trailer lights. They've upgraded to LED lights. I have a great set of LED's for you that are a better option than what Shoreland'r is recommending and they will not only save you money now but down the road. LED lights last 5-6x as long as incandescent builds and use a fraction of the energy. I recommend the Wraparound LED Tail Light drivers side...

  • Is There a RV Tail Light with License Plate Bracket For Passenger Side In White
The RV Tail Light with License Plate Bracket is offered in both black as part # RVSTB61 and white as part # RVST61. These are for the driver side which is where the license plate should be attached but it could be used on the other side if needed. The matching tail light would then be the RV Tail Light part # RVSTB60 for black or part # RVST60 for white.

  • How to Remove the Lens on Optronics RV Tail Light # RVST60
On RV Tail Light # RVST60 there are tabs on the sides that you can manually press in/pry on gently to release the lens from the base. A small flat blade screwdriver would work well for this. The plastic base is too strong to push in with just your fingers so a tool of some kind will be needed. Once you get one side loose and off you can pull the lens off with relative ease.

  • Wire Colors and Functions for the Incandescent RV Tail Light Part # RVST60
In regards to the Incandescent RV Tail Light part # RVST60, the white wire is for the ground, the black wire is for the tail light, and the green wire is for the right hand stop/turn signal. The wires on your trailer should be white for ground, brown for tail light, and green for right hand stop/turn signal. However, in order to be certain you will need to test for function with a circuit tester. In order to do this you will need to isolate the three wires you have on the trailer, apply...

Thanks for the photo, and based on that it looks like you have the Optronics RV Tail Light - Driver's Side # RVST61 and Passenger's Side # RVST60. To ensure you want to measure, as these both measure 8-5/8" long x 3-3/16" tall x 2-1/4" deep. • Replacement Taillights for 2006 jayco Jay Series 806 Pop Up Camper
From online photos I've seen, the # RVST60 passenger side taillamp looks like the correct replacement, although I can't definitively confirm that because there isn't a good resource that tells us what particular lamp is used on which camper. The lamp measures 8-5/8 x 3-3/16, so it that's a match for yours, this would be a compatible lamp. For the driver's side, part # RVST61 is used.

  • How to Remove Tail Light Lens On Shorelandr Boat Trailer
I am not sure of the exact model tail light assembly that is installed on your Shorelandr Boat Trailer, but there should be mounting screws that need to be removed in order to separate the lens. If you do not see any screws, it may simply be a snap-on lens. In order to remove this type of lens, you should be able to use a small flat head screwdriver to gently pry it up. Just be careful not to slip and scratch or damage the lens. If you are still having trouble, please let me know what...
