Question:
How do I know which axle seat is the one I need to flip my leaf springs to the top of my axles. The welding and measuring is not a problem. I just dont know which seats to buy.

To determine the correct spring seat will depend on the axle diameter and capacity. For example the Spring Seat part # TRSS300 that you referenced is designed for 3 inch axles with 5,200-7,000 lb capacities.
If you need a different spring seat check out the link I attached that will show you all of the spring seats we offer.
