Today we're going to be taking a look at the tow ready trailer hitch receiver lock, for 2 1/2" hitches, part number TR6325 3. This hitch lock lets you secure your 2 1/2" accessories that your class 4 or 5 hitch receiver. The pistol grip style pin makes it easy to install, and the push button lock makes it easy to secure. The rubber seal helps keep dirt and debris out of the lock, and the snap-on cover keeps dirt and debris out of the core. It's made out of a stainless steel construction, with a chrome finish so it's going to guard against rust and corrosion. It features a span of 3 1/2", it's 5/8" in diameter, and 2 keys are included. It looked nice fit nice but on our first trip I couldn’t get it off after unlocking it. The locking pin bent. I though get I would have to cut it off but used a hammer to finish the job. Was hauling a 9,000lb TT. I used a Ford class V pin for the way home. Doesn’t lock but worked like a charm.
I ordered my weigh safe drop hitch about 4 days ago. It arrived today. Its a perfect fit and I expect to get many good years of service from it - thanks for your prompt service
I opted to use the straight lock just because it is cleaner looking. It is as good as the straight pin, I just liked the looks of the of tjhe straight vs bent.
Someone tried to steal my hitch this guy stopped him love the product
The quality of this hitch lock is excellent. I would highly recommend it.
Does its job. The key is persnikity about going into the key hole which make for a small battle sometimes but over all a good product.
all ready rusting had my old one on the other truck for 7 years and no rust.
