Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this weld-on steel hinge. This hinge is gonna provide support along the length of your metal door or gate. It's also gonna work great for your trailers, barbecue pits, electrical boxes, machinery doors, and other applications. If we measure this without our grease zerk there, we're looking at right at four and three-quarters of an inch. If we include the grease zerk, it takes us up to right about five inches.
Our diameter is going to depend on how we measure it. You can see we do have this triangular piece on the one side that's going to create those two flat edges for us to get this welded in place. So if we do include that triangular portion, we're gonna be looking at about three-quarters of an inch in thickness, and if we don't, if we rotate that triangular piece out, it's gonna be right about five-eighths of an inch approximately. So just over a half-inch. This is a weld-on installation, so you are going to be limited to mounting it to metal surfaces, but that weld-on design is going to ensure a nice strong hold so that it's gonna be a great piece for your heavy duty permanent applications.
You can see it does have that grease fitting on there that's gonna make it very easy to just hook up your grease gun. Squirt some grease in there to keep it well-lubricated. We also have the brass bushing that's going to help to make sure that the hinge functions properly. That brass bushing is going to sit on our three-eighths inch or ten millimeter pin here. This is stainless steel construction, so it is going to be very durable for you.
So if you are looking for a weld-on hinge that is right about four and three-quarters of an inch long this is gonna be a great option. That's gonna complete our look for today. Again, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Thanks for watching.

Quality hinges I used on an aluminum gate. Weld on hinges work well and can be easily greased. As always fair price and quick shipping from etrailer.
