I was looking for push type lock similar to those used for locking my couplers/ball into receivers. My mistake, but disappointed. At least they are keyed alike so that’s a plus. I have not used them yet, so any comments here are purely first impression.
I like the way this lock fits on the coupler. I bought two, one for each of my trailers. Lauren helped me get them keyed the same and it was delivered within a couple of days.
Ordered 4 keyed alike. Received 4 locks with 2 keys that only open one lock...poor quality control.
Great lock for my trailer coupler. Easy to use. Dust cover is great.
Good lock but it does not work on my coupler. They mention the span but no mention of making sure the cylinders will clear the coupler. Sure enough it does not clear my coupler and will not work. Due to ETrailer's horrible shipping policy, I'm stuck with a lock I can not use.
Great product to secure your steps. Not only from theft but mainly to ensure the steps don't cause a fall because of a weak and insufficient pin.
It is great to have one key for all of my locking pins.

For over a year I've used this keyed alike trailer latch lock with three larger hitch locks in extended desert and winter weather both on and off road. It is great that all are keyed alike so I only have one key for four locks! This lock, as the other hitch locks, still locks/unlocks smoothly. I do wish eTrailer would offer heavy duty exterior weatherproof padlocks that could be keyed alike with these hitch locks. That way one key would work for all the hitches, storage shed, propane tank compartment, battery compartment, boat motor chain, boat storage compartment, bicycle lock, gate lock, tool box lock...that's a bunch of locks I'd buy again if I could get quality locks all keyed alike. Money burning a hole in my pocket.
Simple to use and a very unobtrusive deterrent. Has weathered the elements well thus far, in the 2 years I have used it.
Have used it twice now on two different trailers and it has been great. The construction seems heavy duty and will definitely last however it's heavier than expected. The adjustability factor is great since my new 3/4 ton truck sits higher than my previous 1/2 ton and my trailers are different heights as well. I switched out two of the three pins for locking pins that I also purchased through etrailer to ensure no one walks off with it. Overall I'm very satisfied with the purchase.
Great product! I selected "keyed Alike" on many locks (~12) of this brand and they all came keyed the same. Makes it easy that we don't have to carry many keys for all our different trailers and trucks. One lock came that did not work with the others and a quick email to Etrailer and they shipped me out a replacement lock quickly for the defective one. I would order them again, Thanks
Ordered two of these and had the locks keyed the same. They arrived promptly and all the keys work as they are supposed to. Fits great on my ATV and boat trailer hitch latch.
WhEn I called in I was reminded that I could have this keyed alike with a hitch pin lock I had bought previously. Awesome customer service by Dana!!!

Item arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. The trailer coupler lock works exactly as described and is highly recommended.
I've had this lock on my truck for a year now and it is still as good as new. I have only removed it once to swap a ball about a month ago and still the lock cylinder worked as smooth as it did when I first installed it.
Good lock, good quality, would recommend. Tried to get keyed alike with other locks in same order without success.

Fast delivery and high quality. You do have to turn it several times to unlock and lock, but the key goes in easy and is easy to turn. I would definitely recommend this lock.
