Today, we're gonna take a quick at the Bulldog winch constant duty air compressor. Now, this is kit is gonna help you when you're out, off road on the trails. A lot of times, people will want to deflate their tires. It gives them better traction on those off road trails, but then, whenever you wanna go home, get back on the highway, you wanna air those tires back up. That's where our kit is gonna come in handy. We'll be able to inflate our tired quickly and then head back on, on the road.Our kit's gonna come with everything see laid out on the table.

We'll also have instructions from Bulldog Winch on how to get everything connected, a list of all our parts and so on.So, in the kit, we'll get our compressor. This is going to be a heavy duty compressor with a 1.8 cubic feet per minute max air flow. That's gonna work for tires up to 37 inches.This is has a rating of IP 67, so it's gonna be great for outdoor use. You can mount it in pretty much any orientation you want, as long as it's in a sturdy spot. You wanna kinda keep it away from any moisture, but also, if you can mount it upright, like this, hat's gonna give it the best heat dissipation to make sure that it lasts for a long time.We'll also have an air filter to make sure everything working properly, doesn't get gunked up along the way, has a filter already installed and then it's gonna come with two spares.If we're gonna be using this pretty frequently, I would check those filters, about once a month.Now, we'll get all of our fittings to go on our tank and our compressor.

We get a quick disconnect coupler, as well as a male and female quick disconnect fitting. Our compression fittings for our line to go to our air filter. We also have a safety check valve, a compression valve and a drain. You'll wanna put this in the lowest position on the tank to make sure any condensation can float outward.We'll also have our pressure switch. This is gonna be a field pressure switch.

It's going to turn on at 110 PSI and then turn off at 145 PSI.This is gonna make sure that we have pressure in our tank at all times. We'll also have the rest of our hardware, including some clips to make sure our airlines stays up and outta the way, some self tapping screws, other screws to get everything installed.We'll have a 60 amp relay.Our 6 and a half feet of air hose. 20 feet of power wire with an attached in line fuse holder that does come with the fuse. It's gonna be a 25 amp fuse.And then, we'll also have our 19 and a half foot blue air line, or air hose, so connect to our tires and get those aired up.We'll also have our end cab gauge, this is going to be 150 PSI gauge. Has an on off switch so we can run the system.

You can also wire this into your vehicle's running lights, so that you can have light on the inside of that. Makes them a little easier to see in the dark.And, makes it easy to operate this system.As far as dimension, with our components, our tank, going from the outermost edge to outermost edge, is about 20 and three quarter inches long. Going the other direction, it's about six and a quarter inches in diameter, and then, it's gonna stand about eight and a quarter inches tall.Our compressor going from the outermost edge is about 11 and a quarter inches long by about four inches wide. And it's gonna stand about six and a half inches tall.Our gauge to go in our cab is about four inches wide.And, three inches tall.You'll need about two and a half inches of space, at least, behind it to get everything installed properly, and then, it's gonna stick out. That switch is gonna be about three quarters of an inch deep.All our connections will be labeled on the back to make it a little easier to get those wires connected properly.And with that, that's gonna do it for our look at the Bulldog Winch onboard compressor kit.
