Oh, the power of your index finger. Air Lift's premium, wireless, onboard compressor system with Bluetooth allows you to fill your air springs at the touch of a button. WirelessAIR also automatically maintains pre-set air pressure levels.

With the Air Lift mobile app and your smart phone, you can inflate or deflate your air springs and even run advanced diagnostics without leaving the driver's seat. Additionally, it includes a wireless controller if you would rather use a traditional remote. The system lets you know if there is a leak or if the compressor has malfunctioned. If you want to get a good look at your vehicle while adjusting your air springs, just grab your controller, hop out of your truck and make your adjustments from outside the cab.

As soon as you turn on WirelessAIR, the compressor will activate and fill your air springs to the default level of 5 psi. After that, you can reset your default pressure settings to whatever you like (between 5 and 100 psi) and WirelessAIR will maintain these levels for you, staying within 3 psi of your desired level. Built-in digital air pressure gauges allow you to monitor each spring on your vehicle. You can pre-program two pressure levels for frequently carried loads such as your boat or camper. Also, WirelessAIR senses when your air pressure falls below a safe level and restores pressure to the minimum psi, preventing wear on your air springs.

WirelessAIR has a dual-path controller that lets you adjust two air springs individually. This means that you can get front-to-back and side-to-side leveling. Alternatively, you can configure the system to adjust and monitor two pairs of air springs independently. This way you can put different amounts of air into your front pair and rear pair of springs, allowing you to level your vehicle front to back.

The system comes complete with everything needed for installation, including an air compressor; a manifold that's waterproof up to 2 feet; an easy-to-install wiring harness; and a wireless, hand-held digital controller.

WirelessAIR is compatible with any brand of air springs, and it comes with a 2-year limited warranty.

These set up is much better than the 72000 I had before. The wireless controller fits my hand much easier.
The only regret I have is I didn’t buy the 7500 with this set up.
I’ve used airlift since 2003. If it wasn’t the best for me I wouldn’t have kept using it.
If you decide to get the best airlift buy it from trailer they have the best inventory and prices.

by:

Great customer service. The lift kit really helps with the bumpy roads as I pull a large 5th wheel.

by:

Replacement unit for an older airlift system where the control box quit communicating. Etrailer has always provided me with top service and follow up to assure everything was recieved as ordered.

by:

So far, it works very well.

by:

Excellent performance but pump failed in the middle of a long trip less than a month after install. Had to drive hundreds of miles with the pump not working. Once replaced, no issues.

Mounted everything above spare tire on 22' f350, have trouble connecting with remote from cab

Sorry you are having this connectivity issue with the remote. Check all of your ground and power connections. If that doesnt work, disconnect power or pull fuse and wait 30 minutes, then reconnect and try pairing again. Let us know if this does not work.

While I can't speak to longevity of the product, initial quality and functionality is high. The remote usually pairs quickly, and so far I haven't had an issue of it failing to pair. The mobile app duplicates the functionality of the remote exactly, with the addition of providing a way to update firmware in the event of an update (there wasn't one for my kit so I'm not sure if there will be any or not but it's nice to have the option).

The hardest part for me was finding a place to locate the pump and particularly the manifold. It seems like this manifold is larger than the previous kit's mainfold, which limited install options. I wound up putting the pump right above the spare tire (dropped it for the install), with the manifold attached to one of the brackets for the fifth wheel/goose neck factory prep (All late model Ram's have this, regardless of if you ordered the factory prep kit or not). The components are probably a few inches further apart than the 16" specified in the instructions, but the stock wiring harness fit without issue (barely) so I'm not too concerned. I was only able to mount two bolts of the compressor to the crossmember I chose because of insufficient depth of the crossmember. I plan to get a small piece of angle iron to "extend" the crossmember and get the other two feet mounted.

Overall, I like the kit a lot and I think it's a reasonable upgrade over the old kit. I'm not sure if there have been any changes to the pump or not, hopefully some seals have been added to help with water intrusion vs the older version. I would pay about 100 dollars more for this kit, but not much more than that vs the old one. The old remote also had a way to clip onto your visor and this one lacks any such function. I put it in the door cubby but having a clip on the back would be nice.

  • When to Add Air to AirLift Air Bag System
You can use the # AL74000 to add the air to your air bags before or after the trailer is loaded or the payload is added to the truck bed. Either way works and there aren't detrimental effects if you use one way over the other; it might be easier for the compressor to inflate the bags to 52 psi before you load the truck since you know this is the correct setting.

  • Can Union Tees of Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System # AL74000 be Used for Single Path
There are quite a few people who prefer to have both bags inflate at the same time to the same PSI so with the included union tees of the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System for Air Helper Springs # AL74000 you can run both outputs to a tee which will then create a single path for both sides and then use the other tee to then split the lines to either air bag.

  • Troubleshooting Fail Error Code of Air Lift WirelessONE Kit
How are you attempting to pair the remote? Are you sure it's not sending just a Fail error code as that's pretty common. We've checked with Air Lift in the past and they've told us the first possible cause might simply be a loose ground connection on the system. I recommend checking to make sure that your ground is secure and then try re-joining the controller with the manifold just to ensure a good pairing. Otherwise, they stated that this message can sometimes occur if the check or...

I spoke to AirLift about additional steps you can take. Since the Join process completed they suggested moving the ground wire on the compressor to its own isolated location. There are also two tests to run. First you want to unplug the manifold wire. Then ground the gray wire pin. Also, try jumping the gray...

I reached out to AirLift to see what could be going wrong with your Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System part # AL74000. They informed me that the A-09 code is a low voltage code. The fuse adapter that is included with the Air Lift WirelessAIR Compressor System part # AL74000 is optional therefore, it does not have to be used.
