Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com, and today we're gonna take a look at this VIAIR TLC PLUS Portable Air Compressor. This 120 PSI portable air compressor is going to fill up your bike and vehicle tires very quickly while you are on the go. The 1.8 cubic feet per minute maximum airflow is capable of filling vehicle tires up to 31 inches, and this 12 volt compressor can be hard mounted with the included terminal rings to your vehicle's battery, or it can be powered by the included traditional battery clamps. So, the battery clamps or the terminal rings are included with this. It's very easy to swap these out as well, so you can just pull the attachments off of the main power cord, and then plug in the terminal rings if you want to power it that way.

So, very simple to do, and then there's these little tethered caps on there to protect the connection points, but for our purposes, we're gonna go ahead and use the battery clamps here, and I'm just gonna go ahead and connect it to my power source real quick just so you can hear the noise level. By the way, the power cord on this compressor is protected by a fuse, and this cord is about 12 feet long, and it has a maximum amp draw of 23 amps. So, let me go ahead and hook this up to my power source here, and this has a included on and off switch. so I'm gonna go ahead and turn this on, and so, for its size, in my opinion, the noise level isn't really too bad at all and there are these rubber feet here at the base that I notice is going to keep this pretty secure. So, while it's running, I don't think you're gonna have to worry about the vibration moving this around too much.

It looks like it's holding pretty secure while the compressor's on, so I did want to point that out, that I don't think you're gonna have to worry about that compressor sliding around all over the place due to the vibration. This has a duty cycle of 30 minutes at 30 psi before you need to shut it down to rest, and I took some overall measurements earlier before our time together. The overall length from end to end is about six and seven eights inches long, and the overall width at the widest point here, we are sitting right at about three and three quarters inches wide, and then the overall height at the tallest point from the base that it's going to be sitting on, all the way to the top, we're sitting right about six and a quarter inches tall, and this weighs a little over five and a half pounds. Now this includes everything that you see here on the table before me. It's going to include this 30 foot long inside braided coil hose that is going to store easily, and then this shop style inflator with a 120 PSI gauge.

That's going to make it simple to read your tire pressure and the Quick Connect connections is going to be very easy to use, and so, you can see just how quickly you can connect and disconnect these attachments. This also has a bleeder valve that's going to ensure that you don't overinflate your tires. This also includes a 90 degree twist-on schrader attachment, a rebuildable presta head attachment for some of your bike tire valves, and then accessory tips to keep your toys and your mattress mattresses aired up while you're on your on the go, or on your trip, and also in that kit, these the tips, it does also include another presta head attachment. Now this does have a carrying bag here that is going to keep everything together for you. So, let me go ahead and just put everything in this bag just to show you that it can all fit.

So, I'm gonna go ahead and disconnect my power cord from the battery clamps here. I'm gonna go ahead and put this compressor right here in the front of the bag. There is a divider inside of this bag to keep your compressor separate from the other accessories. I'm gonna go ahead and just begin putting in our attachments here, throwing in our tips, and then our 30 foot cable, and all that goes in very easily. This bag is, like, a nylon construction, so it feels pretty rugged. You've got hook and loop fasteners right here, and so, I'm just gonna go ahead and hook that up, and then we've got dual zippers here, and so, we've got everything in one nice portable container and whether you keep this in the trunk of your vehicle or in the back seat, it's going to keep it all nice and neat, and keep it from getting dirty or potentially damaged, and you're gonna have everything there in one place.
