What's up everybody it's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're checking out this clear 90-degree elbow attachment from Valterra, that's gonna attach to your sewer hose. This end's going to go to your rig, you're gonna hook up the hose here, and that way you can see through this window when it's done dumping all that liquid. We've got a three inch bayonet fitting and a three inch lug fitting here. And on the inside, we have a seal. So that's going to keep any fumes or liquid or drainage from coming out when you do have it attached.
Another thing is the clear window is really awesome to have because maybe you have your hose set up and it hits a low point. You think it's all done, you don't hear anything but you can't see, like if you didn't have this, you wouldn't be able to see. So you go to detach that and there are still some more in the hose and it spills everywhere. You don't want that to happen. With this, you'll see when it's empty and know when it's safe to go ahead and put everything away.
Now let's go ahead and get it set up. So you're gonna disconnect it here, and we'll hook up the bayonet side first, just twist it into place, and then come back and add our hose. Again, twist it into place. It's all locked in there and ready to use. Now with it all set up in place, I'm going to pull and drop the tank, and we're going to see when it's done.
Overall, it's super helpful. I really like to be able to see when it's done. That way You don't close it too soon when it's not completely empty or pull any of these hoses too soon. Again, you don't want to make that mess. You don't have to deal with that.

It’s important to know that the grey tank has completely emptied and the elbow is empty too, before closing the valve. I flush lines with RV antifreeze to prevent any icing and these transparent fixtures allow me to see what’s going on.

Great product and a most have when you own a portable waste water tank. Never experienced leaks. Hose is small enough to fit into a small/medium plastic container for sanitary storage in the camper.

Perfect for emptying the tanks and being able to see when the water is running clear while cleaning the black water tank on our nuCamp T@B 400 teardrop camper trailer. I'd load pictures, but in this case, you don't want to see that ;o)
The clear hard durable plastic felt rugged & connected to its fittings with ease! There is no need to remove from camper until the waste or water is no longer emptying from the pipe! To date it’s the Best Buy for my camper so far!

Had to have! They can make a 160,000 dollar Motor home but they can't get the dump valve to lineup with the hole they cut in the compartment to connect the hose. Thank you etrailer for a great product line.

Just what I needed to adapt to a Barker 32 gal. Waste Tote tank to allow the proper pitch from the waste valve.
