Today, we're going to be taking a look at the Valterra Straight Waste Valve Hose Adapter. This is going to fit all standard black waste valve systems. This is a bayonet-style fitting with a 2-hook design, so when you're placing this onto the waste valve system or fitting, all you've got to do is place it on and rotate it. That's going to secure into place. Really nice design. The unit's made from a very durable black plastic construction.
It's going to attach to a 3-inch diameter hose. Your hose slips over this area here, and then you use a clamp to get it fully secured on there. Now your clamp's not included, so that does need to be provided separately. Internally, it's going to a feature a Santoprene seal. It's going to offer a really nice leak-proof connection. One can say a great deal about a 3" waste valve hose adapter but simply put it is most useful. Without a functional 3" waste valve hose adapter you could find yourself knee deep in unmentionable stuff. Let it suffice to say that this particular 3" waste valve adapter does an admirable job at keeping the stuff off your feet.

Camco specifically you could use adapters like Valterra Adapter # T1024VP, couplers like # CAM39203 as well as bayonet fittings and threaded fittings. I sold the vintage trailer which required the adapter and of course the adapter was a major feature which I pointed out during the sale. I cannot say for certain but I am almost sure the new owner was thrilled to have the adapter, she did not appear to be a person who would like to stand knee deep in unmentionable stuff.
