Need a way for your family to stay warm and cozy on those chilly mornings in your RV? This electric fireplace features the realistic flames and comforting heat of a real fire, creating a homey atmosphere inside your RV. This is especially great for when you don't want to run your furnace and waste your precious propane supply or house battery. And the crystal bed gives your RV a modern look and feel.
The integrated thermostat has low and high temperature settings. The low setting is great for those crisp fall days, while the high setting is ideal for winter nights that get below freezing. The timer gives you the ability to set the fireplace running time anywhere from 30 minutes to 9 hours. Once the set time is up, the fireplace will automatically shut off, which means you won't have to remember to manually shut it off.
The long-lasting, energy-efficient LED flame lighting comes in 4 different color settings; yellow, blue, combination, or cycle. Depending on your preference, you can choose 1 solid color, or if you can't decided between yellow and blue, you can choose either the combination setting or the color cycle setting. You can also change the color of the crystal bed to set the mood for any occasion, whether it's white for your typical Friday night or blue for your 4th of July cookout.
Speaking of 4th of July, if its in the middle of summer and you want the atmosphere a fire brings without the heat, you can turn the flame and crystal display on separately from the heat function.
The included remote control and batteries let you set all of these - the temperature, color, and timer settings - from far away. If you can't find the remote or are already near the fireplace, you can also adjust these settings with the easily accessible LED control buttons on the front.
This fireplace has multiple safety features that, when triggered, will automatically cut off power to the fireplace. The thermal cut-off feature senses when the fireplace is not getting proper airflow, which usually occurs when the vents are blocked. And if a child, pet, or flammable object comes within 6" of the fireplace, the close proximity sensor will kick in to prevent the start of a fire or a child from badly burning their hands.
When installing the fireplace, recess it into a wall or cabinet inside your RV or camper for a seamless, flush appearance. Then use mounting hardware (not included) to secure the fireplace in place, and plug the integrated, 3-prong cord into a wall outlet to power it up. If you need to do any cleaning or maintenance on the fireplace, you can detach the glass front.

Product exactly what we needed and works great for our needs. Installation in our motorhome was fairly easy -we had to make some adjustments in the cutout - but that is only because no one makes a fireplace for our dimensions. I was happy we could find this fireplace!
This replaced an existing Graystone fireplace that had burned out 1 of the 2 elements. When I went to order the same fireplace, I found out that it had been discontinued and this one took its place. Time will tell if it performs as well as the previous model.
Good replacement for our previous RV fireplace. Customer service was excellent.

Still working great. Easy to turn off and on. Provides enough heat to do the job.
Perfect fit! Our old fireplace had a minor accident where it caught fire. The whole installation took less the 10 minutes. And let’s talk about the shipping time, once we placed the order it was at our door in 3 days.
This replaced a Greystone unit that was 7 years old. It fits perfectly in the original location. Just a screwdriver needed for the installation.
I gave four stars because I had to return it. It didn’t fit in the opening of the old fireplace in our RV. Make sure you have the exact space available! But, it was definitely more modern and attractive than the old one! I just wish it had fit.

The wall cut out size that works with this fireplace would be 26.25 inches wide x 20.50 in inches tall and 5.38 inches deep. We do have other sizes available. Please see the link below.

Bought as a replacement fire place for a customers Rv, first one arrived promptly but didn’t work right out of the box, second unit arrived promptly as well and worked for about 6 weeks and it has failed. received another replacement and so for it is still working! Worst part is cost $xx for return shipping since it lasted over 30 days and I don’t think I should pass that expense on to the customer. Would not recommend!!!

Really love this fireplace. Easy to install and its nice having the different flame colors. Really good at heating up my camper. Upgrade for sure. Ive really enjoyed the fireplace.
The electric fireplace fit perfectly in our park model. I plugged into the outlet, installed the four included screws and placed the glass front onto the fireplace. It took less than five minutes to install. I love the different vibrant colors you can choose and the two heat settings. It is a far superior product than what came with our park model. It was delivered quickly to us and shipping was free and at a great price.

It doesn’t work on high, it shuts off, otherwise everything else is great
Installed fireplace LED lights didn’t work uninstalled found out it was only partway plugged in plugged it in everything works Quality Control lacking china
After researching the many different fireplace options, i picked the GREYSTONE product because of it's style and varied functions. After installing the unit and turning it on i was even more impressed with it's quality and looks. A PERFECT product!!!

Had to replace a Greystone 26 inch fireplace. Fit perfectly with no adjustments to the hole. Would have oreferred the logs as in the old one but this will work fine. 20 min to install.
We have had our fireplace for a year now and have not had any problems. Love the different features to change lighting colors and high & low mode for temperature. We are very pleased with our purchase. On high, it keeps our living area & kitchen nice and toasty.

I give it 3 stars because while you CAN change the color of the crystals and the flames, you CANNOT change the brightness level, and they are VERY bright. Definitely a distraction at night when you may wish to dim the lighting.
As for realism? No. Not realistic at all. But it is pretty. So, 3 out of 5 for me overall.
Bought this fireplace for our "beach house " motorhome. We absolutely love it. Easy to set up in what used to be just a cabinet. We are currently using it just for nightly ambiance but come winter the heater will be perfect.

Wonderful! We used every morning for heat in our 31 ft 5 wheel! Volunteering in Grand Tetons National Park for 2 seasons required us to have a cheaper heat source than propane as it is 40 degrees every morning!
