Greystone's electric fireplace helps create a homey atmosphere in your RV. With the front control panel and the wireless remote control, adjusting the multiple temperature, lighting, and timer options is simple. The built-in safety features prevent damage to you or your RV by cutting power to the fireplace when overheated or an object is too close.
Adjustable Thermostat, Timer, and LED Lights
The thermostat-controlled air heater gives you 3 settings for temperature: low, high, and auto. In auto mode, you can adjust the temperature from 62 degrees to 82 degrees F (17 degrees to 28 degrees C) in 5 degree increments. The timer gives you the ability to set the fireplace running time anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours. Once the set time up, the fireplace will automatically shut off.
Long-lasting, energy-efficient LED lighting provides the realistic and comforting effects of a fire during any season. The LED crystal and flame display can be turned on separately from the heat function. The flame display has 5 brightness levels to create the perfect ambience, and the crystal bed also adjusts between 3 different colors: yellow, blue, and red.
Safety Features
The thermal cut-off feature senses when the fireplace is not getting proper airflow, which usually occurs when the vents are blocked, and cuts the power to the fireplace. If an object is within 6" of the fireplace, the close proximity sensor shuts off the power to prevent fire hazards.
Installation
When installing the fireplace, you can either mount it fully into a cutout or cabinet opening, creating a sleek, finished look without taking up limited space, or you can mount it halfway into a wall or cabinet, allowing good airflow to the cooling vents located on top of the unit. Included hardware secures the unit in place and the detachable glass front unhooks from the fireplace for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Awesome! Mounting was better than the old unit. It had looked like the manufacturer of this fifth wheel drilled straight through the inside of the light box.

Works & looks great. We didn’t have a fireplace in our camper so I took the doors off the cabinet below the tv. Framed the fireplace in. Got a piece of luon from [local hardware store] and covered it with vinyl shiplap. Did that all in a Sunday afternoon. Turned out great and my wife loves it.

The fireplace operates great, Hi and Low heat settings along with a setting for no heat. the directions (or lack there of) simply stated to put the fireplace in the opening and attach with 4 screws. My opening was 29X15. I was told by etrailer that this would fit my opening. When we first put it in it was 2” too wide. After some head scratching and investigation there are 2 “spacers” on each side that can be removed (see pictures). There was no mention of this in the directions. After removing them it took a good 4 minutes to install the fireplace. Very happy with it!!

We ordered this fireplace for our rv/camper, and could not be HAPPIER with our purchase! Product came well packaged. Dimensions were as advertised, and it fits perfectly in our camper. The first night we used it, temps fell to the low 50's. We went to bed with the fireplace set to the highest setting, and nearly roasted us out of the camper.... lower setting was just right on night 2. I would highly recommend this fireplace to anyone looking to install a fireplace of their own.

We are so delighted with the fireplace Gwen matched to our motorhome. Fits perfect ! The fan puts out impressive, effective heat so its not just for looks. The flame settings are more than adequate for realistic, interesting appearance. The shop installed in 30 minutes!

Really easy to install, looks great.
We bought our first camper this year and plan on being at the lake as much as we can from March to October. We wanted to keep from running propane on those early and late year nights where it gets down into the 40s. This should do the trick.
My camper had a cabinet below the tv that was 33.25 inches wide at the front. I moved the board at the bottom up to have a 15.5 inch vertical opening and added a couple of boards to mount to on either side to get my opening width to 30.5 inches. I also had to add a power outlet. Took about 90 seconds to mount the fireplace after the opening was prepped.

The controls were a little confusing to use the thermostat, but figured it out.
Lots of lighting and colors variations to pick from.
All you need is a cabinet to give up for the fireplace.

Awesome fireplace, just used over the past 4 days while camping. Heated my 35 ft. Trailer with no issues. My only problem with it, is trying to decide what color combinations I like best Lol. I would highly recommend this fireplace for great looks and great quality.

It doesn't seem to push out the heat, even on high. I also have it set up on a smart outlet, but even when I ask for it to turn on it does not come on, I still have to use the remote. It's good to have electric heat back though.

Great product and fast shipping! Our Greystone W32SSCW RV fireplace quit working. Apparently it is no longer available. This looked like a similar size replacement that would fit. Installed it yesterday and it fit perfectly. Has more lighting features than the original one.

It was packaged so to insure no damage would occur during shipping which is a very important issue to me. Very easy to install deminisions for cutout we’re spot on. We have 4 Dimplex fireplaces in our home and the frame and glass front was built exactly the same way. The flames might not be as realistic on this model but it is an RV and cost 1/4 of the amount. Would recommend this to anyone thinking of putting one in.

We like the fireplace, however I would have paid more attention to the number of BTU’s it put out. Wish it had a few more but overall very happy with it!!
