Greystone's electric fireplace helps create a homey atmosphere in your RV. With the front control panel and the wireless remote control, adjusting the multiple temperature, lighting, and timer options is simple. The built-in safety features prevent damage to you or your RV by cutting power to the fireplace when overheated or an object is too close.
Adjustable Thermostat, Timer, and LED Lights
The thermostat-controlled air heater gives you 3 settings for temperature: low, high, and auto. In auto mode, you can adjust the temperature from 62 degrees to 82 degrees F (17 degrees to 28 degrees C) in 5 degree increments. The timer gives you the ability to set the fireplace running time anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours. Once the set time up, the fireplace will automatically shut off.
Long-lasting, energy-efficient LED lighting provides the realistic and comforting effects of a fire during any season. The LED crystal and flame display can be turned on separately from the heat function. The flame display has 5 brightness levels to create the perfect ambience, and the crystal bed also adjusts between 3 different colors: yellow, blue, and red.
Safety Features
The thermal cut-off feature senses when the fireplace is not getting proper airflow, which usually occurs when the vents are blocked, and cuts the power to the fireplace. If an object is within 6" of the fireplace, the close proximity sensor shuts off the power to prevent fire hazards.
Installation
The fireplace installs into a cutout or cabinet opening, creating a sleek, finished look without taking up limited space. Included hardware secures the unit in place and the detachable glass front unhooks from the fireplace for easy cleaning and maintenance.

No directions on how to set temperature, takes a bit of research. Otherwise perfect size for our toyhauler replacement. Love the ability to change flame and rock color.
Great replacement for original Furion fireplace, involved a couple minor modifications to cabinet, opening was just a little tight in width, took off the 3/4” x 3/4” filler on each side, replaced with 5/8” x5/8” wood strips from Home Depot,
Use a Sharpie to blacken ends of strips so they don’t show in corners of fireplace, finish installing fireplace (4 screws) and enjoy, very nice updated look.
The Fireplace arrived on the date promised and was in excellent condition. Installation was as easy as taking off the glass front, plug the unit in and slide it into the opening. 4 screws (supplied) holds it in place. Put the glass back on and enjoy. it worked as expected.
The electric fireplace in our RV stopped working, so we ordered one from ETrailer. It came very quickly! There were regular updates, as to the status of the order. It fit perfectly into our existing opening, and in no time, my husband had it installed and working beautifully.
It was a very, very positive experience and we would highly recommend this company!

Nice product
Product works exactly like the original one that was installed in our RV. The old one failed, due to a 5 pin strip shorting out on the same circuit that the fireplace was plugged into. Not a fault of the fireplace, only a causality.
Nice lighting and generates a modest amount of heat. Enough to keep 200 square feet comfortable when temperatures outside our 45 degrees plus.

This is still working great 1 year later. Cant believe its been a year since we purchased the fireplace.
We have had our 26” Greystone Electric Fireplace now for (1) year in our Jayco RV. We found it to be a very wise investment. We use it both for decoration and to take off the chill in the early mornings and late evenings. Well worth the money, would most certainly recommend this product. Thanks etrailer!

Well it is hard to believe that it has been a year already since we purchased our fireplace. This little baby is still as efficient as it was the day we installed it. It keep us warm right up until we closed it in October and kept us warm this Spring when we opened up. Believe me, this is a very wise purchase if you are looking for an attractive and dependable fireplace Stay warm and safe!!!!
Exact size I needed to replace my dead 5th wheel Greystone fireplace. Shipped lightning fast. Swapped out in minutes. Flame and especially the plastic "crystals" in are remarkably cheap looking. Why not realistic artificial logs with flames flickering up behind them? Do better Greystone.
We have used the fireplace for the last year and have been very happy with it.
It works very well to keep our 30 foot travel trailer warm and comfortable.
It was extremely easy to install and looks like it was an ordinal piece of equipment in our unit.

The purchase of this fireplace has been MORE than worth the cost. First, super simple to install and continued to pay for itself. I do not brlelieve we have used the propane furnace since installation. It keeps our 30ft trailer at an easily managed temperature. We are so glad we bought it.
It came in earlier than expected. Our rep Kayleigh was well informed and answered all our questions got us through the process easily and we tested the fireplace so far so good working great We will install this afternoon
We're very happy with the insert.
It fit perfectly where the old insert was.
It's appearance it nicer than the older unit with a faux brick addition.

Were still very happy with our purchase of this fireplace . One.seasons use isnt much to go bye but so far so good...
Got Greystone 26" last year, installed it myself in our Class A Motorhome. The thin size made a perfect fit in space below TV. We now have warmth when needed on cool camping nights, and even better just a fireplace when needing that special camping feeling when inside the RV.
We was very anxious to get the fire place and could hardly wait until it arrived but was very happy when it finally got here. We got it put in and it looks like it was made for that spot. Made my heart smile to see the beautiful fire . Keep up the good work . Stay safe and wear your mask to protect us ole people.

Great customer service from the etrailer group! Because of the exceptional communication, I will continue to shop with them. Unfortunately, I've had 2 or 3 experiences where the website shows products in stock but are actually no longer available. Since I order products for an RV shop, deadlines can be a factor. I ordered this fire place when mine went out. I was quoted $600 from another site ($250 for shipping) but I have used etrailer before and I trust them. $200 for the fireplace including shipping was all I needed to see. I asked about the dimensions and got a reply and I ordered it. Customer service is great and so are the prices. It looks just like the one I replaced and the trim I had fit perfectly.
I installed this fireplace in my fifth wheel camper today. I ordered it because it required the same opening as the old one that quit working. Being cautious I checked it before installing it in the trailer to make sure it worked properly and it did. E-trailer is my go to location for anything trailer related.
Great product that fits nicely in our fifth wheel.
To deal with E-trailer was a breeze. Item arrived when specified. I have not had a chance to use the Fireplace, But went though a cycle to test it. Every thing functions as supposed to. Would highly recommend to friends and family.
Product arrived dead on arrival. Called the customer service number and they were wonderful. Immediately sent me a return label and are shipping a new one out to me. Stuff happens. Customer Service was excellent and that is all you can ask for in this situation. I rated it 3 stars because it did show up broke and dented so that is a bummer. Their shipping package looked like it was several boxes tapped together to make one so maybe an improvement can be made to that end? Either way, they are stepping up and that is awesome.
