Greystone Fireplace Will Not Turn On After One Use

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Greystone Electric RV Fireplace # 324-000068. The first thing you will want to do is unplug the unit for about 15 minutes then plug it back in and see if it will turn on. We also suggest confirming that you do have power at your outlet. Once you have verified that you have power, try turning it on with the button on the front of the fireplace, as well as the remote.

If it still will not turn on, it likely will need to be replaced under warranty, provided you are within one year from the purchase date.
