Troubleshooting A Greystone Fireplace That Shuts Off After Running For A few Seconds
Question:
I have a greystone curved glass 26 inch fireplace the unit lights up and displays all information when I turn heat on it starts for a few seconds then shuts off ? Is there away to fix this ? Or do I have to replace it it’s in a 2018 Forrest Vengance touring edition! Any help would be appreciated

Most likely your Fireplace # 324-000068 is entering heat protection mode. You'll want to remove the fireplace from the wall and blow out the vents on the with a can of compressed air.
If this does not fix the issue then it could also be that the temperature is either set too low or that the temperature sensor is malfunctioning. There isn't a fix or honestly even a replacement part for this so if this is the case you'd be looking at a total replacement.
