Does Greystone Fireplace Where None of the Functions Work Need Replacing
Question:
Wont power off and wont heat. None of the functions work. This came installed in our 5th wheel when purchased. Heater quit. Powers off, but it comes right back on. Cut the breaker off for 24 hours and same. As soon as breaker is on, fireplace turns on. No heat, no functions. Power off and it beeps right back on. 5th wheel is 2018 Forest River Heritage Glen 337BAR. Suggestions please or is this fireplace trash?

So from what you described, it sounds like the issue with your Greystone 26" Electric Fireplace with Crystals # 324-000068 is that it has a faulty circuit board. The boards aren't replaceable so what you should do is contact the trailer manufacturer for any warranty claims, but if it is not available you will need to replace the unit with a new one.
