The heat damage to your fireplace's AC power plug tells us there is a serious issue either in that outlet on the RV or within the fireplace. It sounds like the fireplace plug got hot enough to start fusing to the contacts in the outlet. At this point it might be necessary to both replace the outlet and the fireplace. You'll need to get it to an authorized service center or to another qualified electrical technician. This kind of problem is not user-serviceable.

Do not use the fireplace or that outlet again until each one is checked.

We have RV fireplaces in several sizes and designs. All appear on the linked page. A second page shows just the recessed type in the 26-inch size like # 324-000068.

All RV fireplaces will draw a substantial amount of power, typically 1500 to 1800 watts. You can check the fuse or circuit breaker that protects the outlet that got scorched. If a fuse it may have an incorrect fuse value installed in that circuit's receptacle. This would explain why the outlet could draw enough power to start melting before the fuse itself blew.
