Greystone's electric fireplace helps create a homey atmosphere in your RV. With the front control panel and the wireless remote control, adjusting the multiple temperature, lighting, and timer options is simple. The built-in safety features prevent damage to you or your RV by cutting power to the fireplace when overheated or an object is too close. Installation is easy with the included hardware and instructions.
Adjustable Thermostat, Timer, and LED Lights
The thermostat-controlled air heater gives you 3 settings for temperature: low, high, and auto. In auto mode, you can adjust the temperature from 65 degrees to 95 degrees F (18 degrees to 35 degrees C) in 5 degree increments. The timer gives you the ability to set the fireplace running time anywhere from 30 minutes to 9 hours. Once the set time is up, the fireplace will automatically shut off.
Long-lasting, energy-efficient LED lighting provides the realistic and comforting effects of a fire during any season. The LED log and flame display can be turned on separately from the heat function. The flame display has 9 brightness levels to create the perfect ambience.
Safety Features
The thermal cut-off feature senses when the fireplace is not getting proper airflow, which usually occurs when the vents are blocked, and cuts the power to the fireplace. If an object is within 6" of the fireplace, the close proximity sensor shuts off the power to prevent fire hazards.
Installation
When installing the fireplace, you mount it fully into a cutout or cabinet opening, creating a sleek, finished look without taking up limited space, and allowing good airflow to the cooling vents located on top of the unit. Included hardware secures the unit in place and the detachable trim piece slides from the glass front for easy cleaning and maintenance.

My wife found it up on etrailer.com, and we decided to order it with free 5-day delivery. Install was easy and fast - maybe 15 minutes to remove the old one and put the new one in its place. Very happy with both the service and the product.
would be great if product had instructions and had screw holes for mounting fireplace.But product was well packaged and delivered on time.

Great product, replacing old similar heater fireplace in 35 ft 5th wheel. Puts out more heated air than previous unit. Sale price in line with expectations. Order was simple, easy with Robert’s assistance and quickly received with no hassle or issues arrived 1 day earlier than expected.
Rating of 4 based on install, requiring shaving of 1/2 inch cabinet entry due to specs being 26 1/2 inches wide on unit vs 26 inch in description. Being on road in AK had to locate tools and saw.
Would purchase again and utilize Robert and etrailer every time.
Good fireplace, UPS tore the box up but no damages to the fireplace. And they delivered it to the wrong address. But very satisfied with the product.

This was a replacement for an old fireplace. It was delivered early. It was easy to follow where the fireplace was in transit. Installing was easy. Needed to use longer screws. That was because of how the old one had been installed. Works great, looks great.

Checked it out of when took it out the box appeared to work. Installed it appeared to work then when we needed it Dec 24 night the button for temp control is stuck on 86 won’t go anywhere. Doesn’t put heat out. Very disappointing plus this is our only heat

It is exactly what we ordered and expected since it was a replacement. We heard a clicking noise and took the back off to discover the back screen had slipped the track. We popped it back in and it worked perfectly. We did have to trim rubber off the feet to get it to fit into the opening. We absolutely love this fireplace

We had excellent service with ordering the fireplace. We received it in 2 days. It was a perfect fix replacing the old one.
Overall, I am very pleased with this unit. I would suggest testing it before installation. My unit made noise caused by the "flame rod" hitting the display screen, After removing the back, I saw that the screen had partially dislodged from its mounting track. It was then a simple matter to pop the screen back into place.

My fireplace arrived quickly and fit perfectly into the recessed spot. It was an upgraded replacement for my previous fireplace.
FIVE for sure
Our original Greystone fireplace lasted just 4 years and lost its flame in the fall of 2020. We were informed that Model#WF2613L was no longer made. Another customer here at etrailer was told that Model #GR54FR was a close replacement. We prefer the curved front screen, so ordered it. Days later, we were informed of a delay in shipping. Alternative units offered as alternatives either had a flat glass or concave front. We waited.
Our fireplace arrived, and to our surprise, it was the original Model#WF2613L, but manufactured more recently in May 2020. Not sure why it was listed as no longer made. Also, there were some indications this might have been a return. Same features and is bright enough on Level 1, although the flame at any level is a vivid fake orange with blue streaks, unlike the original unit. The heating mode worked great through several days of frigid weather/nonstop use but is more consistent on low or high than on actual temperature settings.
One thing to note: Plug the unit in before you install it. Ours made a loud crackling noise (and we knew of others reporting the same issue). Had to remove the backing along with an overabundance of screws. The interior plastic panel had popped out at the bottom and was hitting on a rotisserie-like rod covered in aluminum strips. A quick fix.
Overall, we are happy to have the original model. Note: it has now been through two winters with heavy heater use, but we enjoy the flame on #1 setting every night (no heat). There is also an annoying little piece of cardboard that has floated to the front and lodged near the bottom. Not going to go through removing all those screws again.
I absolutely love this! The flames are very realistic and so calming! Plus gives out the perfect amount of heat(: makes our camper feel like home.
The manufacturer changed the size of this stove and it did not fit the existing cut out for the same stove. It took a lot of engineering to get it in place. Also, they changed where the electrical cord is attached on the fireplace. It is now on the right side, which is stupid because it makes the cutout have to be even bigger! The cord should be in the back to match up with the plug in! I love the fireplace but what a pain in the arse to get in place!
