Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. today we're taking a look at the JR Products Propane Hose. Like most propane hoses, this is going to connect between your propane tank and your RV's propane piping system. The specifics of this hose, it is a one foot long hose. The actual measurement from the end there to the other end of the fitting, it's right about 12 and a half inches.
It is a quarter inch in diameter rubber tube. So it's going to allow plenty of flow rate so that you can maximize your propane usage. Another important thing to note is the two different ends here. We've got a POL tank connection, which is going to mount on the inside of your cylinder on your propane tank. The other end is a quarter inch male inverted flare, and that's going to mount onto your RV's propane system.The O-ring on the POL fitting is going to create a tight seal within your cylinder.
This hose is UL and CSA certified, and it is made here in the USA. So keep in mind, the three things that you want to focus on is the length, how far away is your tank from where you need to hook it up into your RV system, the POL fitting, that should work for most of your propane tanks, and then you want to make sure that you need the quarter inch male inverted flare for your system. If that's all the case, this is going to be a great hose to meet your needs..
