we purchased the key for a spare for our library on the go box truck back door.

When I bought 2016 Thor Four Winds Motorhome with no entry door key i was lost on what to do.. i look on the internet and found out i needed to take the lock apart and find some numbers inside. i put that information into my phone and etrailer was first in my finding. etrialer was a joy to work with, after answering a few Questions we got the keys on order and within a week I had my New Keys. We will definitely take them back since the order was placed in the past 60 days. I will send the return instructions to you in a separate email however it may not be cost effective to ship them back to us. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
