I have to turn in a claim with UPS because I get no response from etrailer after two emails. Now I'm told I'll have to wait for investigation 10 days after delivery date but If you are needing the part sooner, you may place a new order and when we receive the part back from UPS or word it is lost, we can issue a refund.

E trailer stands by there word… I have had problems in the past but they were taken care of quickly (minutes)….

Great product very fast delivery
Everything with the trailer was great. UPS did not deliver the package. It says delivered at 1:16 PM on the 24th. It was not delivered. It was not delivered at the wrong address. It was not delivered at the right address. I went to every possible place. It could’ve been delivered and it was not there. The driver lied. There was snow on the ground and I was at the location right at my driveway moments before that time and no trk arrived. My wife came in 15 min later and no tracks in the snow.
I drove to possible locations according to Google maps and nothing anywhere.
Very fast shipping and free for what I purchased. Have not put on my truck yet just received rear bumper for 2019 F550. Product looks great can't wait to see what it looks like on truck and the lifetime of you it's going to get.

Very fast (almost unbelievably quick) shipping! Quality hitch, great value for the money. Had minimum fabricating to attach it to my F 450. I'll get a lot of years use out of it.

Arrived all scratched up. Bare metal exposed because it was probably dragged along the floor because of how heavy it is.
Had to take it in for repaint before install.
Was probably stretch wrapped when it was shipped, not the case on arrival.
Am I rating the service or am I rating the functionality of the product...? Don’t know how the welds will hold up til I put it on... can’t put it on till I get it back from paint.

Wonderful! Hauls like a champ and gave my kodiak a more aggressive looking back end! LoL
This is the second one I have ordered and installed.
Well made and cost less than making it myself.
First one went on an International 4300 Dump and this one is on a Ford F 550 hook lift.
Build quality was far better than I expected, from the photos on the site. Really nice fab work! Couldn’t be happier great value.
I have not installed it yet, But will this weekend. I can't believe how fast it got here 5 days from order to door.
Hitch was an exact fit and easy install. 1995 Ford Super Duty Chassis cab
Grate work I'll be ordering again
