Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at a Classified Service Party Hitch Receiver with the two inch by two inch opening. The Classified Service Party Hitch Receiver will handle towing loads up to 16,000 pounds. It is designed for service body applications and it is a weld on installation.The hitch receiver comes with a two inch by two inch receiver tube for standard two inch items and accessories. It also comes with a standard 5/8 inch diameter hitch pin and clip to secure those items inside the receiver tube of the hitch.It comes with two mounting plates, these are adjustable along the main tube of the hitch. So these mounting plates get installed to this point here, and then you can slide that to where you need it for your application. Now the mounting plates measure 18 5/16 inches tall, and then they measure 8 7/8 to 9 inches wide.Also the safety chain connection points, you can see those right there next to the receiver tube.
Those measure 3 inches wide, by 1 3/8 inches deep. The tube itself is 44 inches long and it measures 3 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches for a nice square design. It also has tube caps, steel tube caps that are welded onto the ends to keep out dirt and grime, and prevent rust and corrosion to the hitch.When it comes to the construction, we're looking at a durable carbon steel construction with corrosion resistant black powder coated finishing on it. The maximum gross trailer weight is 16,000 pounds. Hitch fit as advertised, tech support was helpful with dimensions, etc. 4-star review is due to half the hardware missing upon delivery. May consider double-boxing hardware for shipping.
