Well, neighbors, it's Brad from etrailer, and today we're actually at World Wide Technologies Raceway, and we're taking a look at some serious drag cars, but a lot of cool enclosed trailers and all kinds of different setups. But basically, these are mobile tool shops, and something we notice is mounting up some track on the wall. Now, why would you do that I asked the owner of this truck, "What's the purpose of that" And with a race car, a lot of times, you're gonna have gallons of fuel, 55-gallon drums, nitrous tanks, tables. So having this E-Track means that you're able to mount whatever you need to, but also have a sturdy way to make sure when you reach your destination after a long haul, you don't have things splashing around or moving while the car is parked. So obviously with something like this loaded up in the trailer, there's also a lift with another vehicle up top. You don't want anything crashing around, especially when it comes to flammable liquid.
So being able to strap that down and know that it's not gonna be rattling around in the trailer is a great way to do it. And also, it's just universal. So having this E-Track means that you're able to drop in any of your attachment points, whether it be a D-ring, or create a mounting point for a ratchet strap, whatever it may be. This really opens it up for storage and secure storage at that. Not to mention, there is a whole host of other accessories available for use with E-Track besides straps and tie downs.
So options for E-Track anchor points will allow you to use your standard cam buckle and ratchet straps. E-Track hooks allow you to keep your cables, ropes, and straps organized. There are even E-Track wheel chalks and specialty holders for tools, buckets, and fire extinguishers, as well as a whole host of storage options. In general, E-Track is secure and an efficient method for storing cargo in your enclosed trailer. An awesome day at World Wide Technologies Raceway.

Was perfect for hanging my pipe wrenches so they didn't have to be on the floor of the trailer. My 3FT and 2FT fit so the don't move around. I need to order 4 more. I couldn't build them for the price. Thanks for the product

I'm a High School Band Director who uses a trailer to get instruments from performance venue to school and back. My previous trailer didn't have any E-track hardware and I just did the best we could. There was always a great deal of shifting of equipment during transport. Now that my current trailer has E-track hardware, I can secure all of my equipment easily and quickly reorganize the entire trailer according to the job's requirements. If you've not got E-track, get it. It's more than worth it's cost in saving of time and convenience.

Bought replacement truck in MOORE, OK and ordered hitch and accessories via iPhone in route back to Chicago. Order was there one day after returning and installed the following weekend.
Hitch fit and looks like the OEM option and helpful video made the install a snap... did it in my driveway.
Good price, fast shipping and wide selection makes etrailer a great value.
p.s. I ordered the etrack system for the interior and made cargo containment a pleasure to deal with!

The problem with this section of track is the location of the mounting holes, they should be on the edge. When mounting these with the top mounting holes it's very easy to over tighten and then the etrack ring won't latch in the slot without some prying up of the openings with a screw driver . Buy the eyrack with the mounting holes on the edges .

I bought these to hold down the rear tires of my RZR. I have E-Trac chocks for the front but did not want chocks sticking up in the back that might interfere with other uses of the trailer.
I bought 4 of these and they appear to be exactly what I need. They will mount fairly flush with the bed of the trailer and not be an obtrusion when loading other items on the trailer. Shipping was fast and I would recommend them to others!

I purchased these brackets to hold PVC pipe for rollers for my inflatable boat. I haven't tried them yet, but when i do i will let everyone know the status.

This is very cool. 1 1/2 pvc conduit slides easily in here, and will hold my supply of American Flags and grave stone markers. I restore Veteran Grave Markers for free.

Looks like exactly what I was looking for and should do the job I purchased it for. The only thing is that it didn't come with any hardware to mount the rails but I understand why when you think about it.

- Backing Plates to Use With E-Track System on V-Nose Enclosed TrailerYou're on the right track- the Brophy E-Track Backing Plate # BPEZ is what you'll want to use as a support plate under your E-track system like the Brophy # ET05 or Erickson # E19135. You'll want to use a backing plate at each end of the track and in the middle for the maximum support. Additionally, if the underside of your trailer is aluminum, you'll want to use a coat of paint or some other sort of insulating material to prevent galvanic corrosion between the two metals.

- What Gauge Steel Is Used On Brophy Horizontal E-Track Tie-DownsThe e-track tie-downs such as the Brophy Horizontal E-Track part # ET05 almost all use 12 gauge steel. I called Brophy and they couldn't provide this but most others use this size so it's safe to assume they do as well. They are offered in various lengths as well which I have attached a list of below.

Just as an example the Snap-Loc Loc-Ring # SLARI from Snap-Loc that you were looking at will work perfectly with either the Erickson Horizontal E-Track # E19148 or the Brophy # ET05.
