Hey guys, it's Randy again here at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be taking a look at a different style of tool holder designed to work with both E-track and X-track. Basically this one's from Brophy. It's gonna give us a four inch by four inch end side holder. This is gonna work out really well for items that are just to long or that you don't want rolling around on the floor. They're sold as a single piece.
Here you can see we're using two of them in conjunction. That's helping to keep our extrusion lined up.Now, comparing these with other types that are available, most often times in this style you're gonna see them round. Whether they're a six inch or two inch circle. You can see here with the extrusion, having that square bottom allows these to stack in there better. If this we're rounded they'd be more bunched up, so I think that's gonna give you a good solution for those more flat items or things that you want to kind of have laying flat.Now something you may be concerned with is the distance from our mounting surface to the actual end of our holder.
In this situation it looks like we're right at about four and seven eighths of an inch. Now as far as installing the holder goes, it's really just like any other E or X track accessory. We wanna push in our release tab, slide that side up and in first, rotate the bottom in and just push it down till that clicks into position.At that point we're ready to put in whatever item is that we wanna have held in place. Now overall we've got nice heavy duty steel construction here. Nice and thick all the way around.
No movement. No flex to it, so it's nice and solid. To make sure it lasts for a very long time, we don't have any issues with rust or corrosion. Gonna have that clear or that white zinc finish over it. So even if we're using it outside, we won't have to worry about those issues.All and all I think if you're looking for some cargo management solutions such as this and you don't wanna use the standard round style tool holders, these can give you a really good substitute.

I'm a High School Band Director who uses a trailer to get instruments from performance venue to school and back. My previous trailer didn't have any E-track hardware and I just did the best we could. There was always a great deal of shifting of equipment during transport. Now that my current trailer has E-track hardware, I can secure all of my equipment easily and quickly reorganize the entire trailer according to the job's requirements. If you've not got E-track, get it. It's more than worth it's cost in saving of time and convenience.
These tool holders are unversal we use them for tools and strap supplies down
Solid, well-built ring. Having said that, I wish all the e-track accessories would clip on a bit more firmly though - they all seem to "wobble" quite a bit. With straps and ring hooks this isn't as much of a concern but with hooks and such I would prefer a more solid mount
This will NOT fit XTrack. The brackets aren't spaced right.
This product is really made well. Spacing between each slot is fine.
Love it. Works great for our waste fuel/oil and keeps us contract compliant with the forest service.

truck already has the e-track system so this was perfect and just clipped right in, does just what it is supposed to do
Used three of these, along with the existing e-track, to hinge a fold-down bed in the cargo box. Working just fine for that purpose. As with all my experiences with Etrailer, the ordering, shipping and delivery were all seamless.

Excellent addition to an e-track. I use mine for pipes and fishing poles, hung up high on the side of my box trailer. I used a larger square bracket when I have fishing poles to handle the reel side.
I use this product to hold my DJ light bars securely to the wall of the trailer. It holds it securely in safely without damaging my lights.
Bigger and bulkier then I would have hoped, not something you can move with stuff in it so you have to have enough room to slide the entire tool out
These are excellent for PVC pipe to make storage tubes!!
