Lifting your truck camper on and off your pickup truck is challenging and tedious if you don't have the right equipment. This set of reliable camper jacks helps you load and unload your camper with ease. The jacks bolt on permanently to each corner of your camper and provide support to handle even multi-slide campers, which can weigh more than a traditional in-bed camper.

Camper Jacks are Built to Last

HappiJac Truck Bed Camper Jack

HappiJac camper jacks are built to last with heavy-duty, 2" square tubing for superior strength and durability. The internal steel Acme screw allows for easy cranking with up to 36-1/2" of travel. And the self-lubricating, friction-reducing nut eliminates screw maintenance. The internal components are also easily accessible should the jack ever require service.

HappiJac Jack Foot Plate

Zinc-plated inner and outer tubes resist rust and corrosion. A white powder coating on the outer tube provides additional protection against the elements, plus a nice, clean finish that complements your camper. The concave footpad reduces movement and provides greater stability than large, convex footpads.

Simple Operation

HappiJac Camper Jack

Loading and unloading your camper with these jacks is simple. To begin, make sure you're on level ground. Choose the jack to start with and turn the locking lever so it faces down. This lever is designed to lock the jack in place until you're ready to raise or lower. Be sure that the locking levers of the remaining jacks are facing up to keep those jacks in place while you crank the first. Remove the debris cover from the crank socket and, using a crank handle (sold separately), turn counterclockwise to extend or clockwise to retract the jack. Reset the locking lever to the "up" position when you're done and move onto the next jack. A power drill with a 1/2" hex socket can be used to raise or lower the jacks when they're not bearing weight.

It is recommended that 2 people operate the jacks simultaneously to make it easier to raise each side of the camper evenly. However, 1 person can do the job by alternately cranking each jack in small increments. When lifting and lowering your camper, be sure to keep the front of it higher than the rear, and always keep it level side to side.

Easy Installation

The included brackets are used to attach the jacks to each corner of your camper. The L-brackets and flat brackets secure the jacks to the front of your camper while the Z-brackets are used to secure the jacks to the rear of your camper.

For dually pickup trucks, an optional swing-out bracket (LC182496) can be easily installed to give you the additional clearance you'll need for easy loading and unloading.

Upgrade Anytime to Electric Operation

HappiJac Camper Jack Remote

For faster, electric operation, these manual camper jacks can be easily upgraded to a wireless remote-controlled system with the HappiJac manual-to-electric conversion kit (LC733960-182524). Electric operation makes it easy to mount or remove your camper on your own, rather than having to rely on someone else to operate the jacks on one side while you crank on the other to ensure the necessary incremental adjustments. And if you normally do this on your own, then you'll save a ton of time not having to bounce from side to side. Also, using the wireless remote to operate these jacks gives you the freedom to stand back and make sure that you're keeping your camper level every step of the way.

These camper jacks arrived with a damaged protective weather seal. When I contacted etrailer for a replacement, they told me there were no replacement parts available and nothing they could due about it. The failure appeared to be a result of poor packaging. Very disappointing for an expensive item.

I am sorry that these arrived in this poor condition. You were correctly informed, we do not have any more of them in stock. Same with that replacement piece, we do not carry that either. Let me get you in touch with the manufacturer to see if they can get a replacement sent out to you right away.

  • Replacement Camper Jack System For HappiJac 4820 Jacks
The HappiJac Electric Truck Camper Jack System # LC736515-ELKIT is the current replacement for the HappiJac 4800 series jacks. This is an upgrade as it includes the electric motor versus the HappiJac Manual Truck Camper Jack System # LC736515-4 which is also the 4800 series replacements. The HappiJac specific numbers are no longer used as they are a division of Lippert which is why you see their part numbers.

  • Camper Jacks for Storing Camper on Driveway
There are camper jacks that will allow you to take your camper off your truck bed easily, but there is nothing with wheels as that would not be stable enough so they do need to remain stationary. To choose the right camper jacks, you need to know the weight capacity you need, and can choose from either manual or electric jacks. The best jacks are the HappiJac because they permanently install, have the highest weight capacities, and you even have the option of electric jacks for the easiest...

  • Slide In Truck Camper Jacks Recommended For a Dually Pickup Truck
With dually trucks I recommend the Swing Out Extension Brackets # LC182496 with the HappiJac Manual Truck Camper Jack System # LC736515-4. This is due to the Brophy Heavy Duty Cable Camper Jacks # CX74 having to sit under the lip of the camper. Since slide in campers can vary in width depending on manufacturer and model I cannot say that they will clear the dually fenders on your 2022 Ford F-350. The extension brackets will give you 3-1/2" to 4-1/2" of extension off the side of the camper...

You'd have to compare what you have now to these kits to see if they are a correct match. We do not have 2 inch extensions at this time.

  • Will The HappiJac Swing Out Extensions LC182496 Fit A 2006 Lance 951 Camper?

If you have one of these kits on your 2006 Lance 951, then you can definitely use them. On the other hand, if you do not have a HappiJac system on your camper, I cannot recommend using them, unfortunately. This is also the only swing out bracket we currently carry, so if you do have a different manufacturer, you...

  • Compatibility of HappiJac Motorized Upgrade System With Other Manufacturers Slide-In Camper Jacks
Lippert, the manufacturer of HappiJac camper jacks tells me that the HappiJac # LC733960-182524 conversion kit is only compatible with the HappiJac # LC736514-4 and # LC736515-4. Your best bet for a motorized camper jack kit we offer would be the HappiJack # LC736514-ELKIT for an 8800 lb system or # LC736515-ELKIT for a 11200 lb capacity.

  • Recommended Truck Bed Camper Jack System For A 2013 Ram 2500 Dually
Hello Christy. I do have a potential option for you, but the Brophy Heavy Duty Cable Camper Jacks # CX74 are generally not recommended for dually trucks. Fitment can depend on the width of the truck compared to the width of the camper. In most cases, they will not clear the fenders on a dually. If the camper is the same width as the top of your bed rails there won't be a way to use a camper jack like this as they'd interfere, but if the width of the camper is same as dually fenders it would...
