Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement motor and gear head assembly for your HappiJac Truck Camper Jack System.Now, when you are raising and lowering your truck bed camper, you do want all four jacks to be working in unison so that you keep your camper level. If one motor is not working properly, it can throw everything out of whack very quickly. So it is a good idea to replace any motors that are having issues so that everything stays nice and level.This motor and gear head assembly is going to be a direct replacement for the motor and gear head assembly that either came with your jacks or that you attained to make a manual jack a motor jack. Specifically, it is going to work with your 4220 and 4820 jack models.
It will fit right down in there. This does include both the motor and gear head assembly, as well as your motor drive coupler components.So this is a HappiJac product, so you can trust it's going to work with your system. You're not going to have to worry about compatibility issues, or fit issues, or anything like that. Replaces 1 clutchless, current-sensing motor for your HappiJac truck camper jack system. Compatible with LC736514-ELKIT and LC736515-ELKIT systems.I finished installing the new jack motors. I had to do a little minor grinding on the jacks to get a good fit and they work wonderfully!! It’s a better design than the old ones because the motor is mounted right on top of the jacks so it’s a direct drive. The old ones had the motor on the side and it took alot of extra effort to turn the extra gears involved in the transmission. Great product
