Ellen: Hey everyone. I'm Ellen, here at etrailer.com. And today, we're taking a look at the Replacement Cap Kit for your Happy Jack Manual Truck Camper Jack System. So, if you have the manual jack this is going to be a direct replacement for that cap. It's going to come with the spring, the washer and this insert here, the plastic coupler. It's going to be mounted inside, as well as the two mounting screws and their little bushings.So we can get everything we need to replace that cap if it got cracked or damaged somewhere out on the road.
Again, our little bushings. These are going to actually install into the outer tube of your jack, this portion. But then this screw will go into that hole. So, this kind of finishes up the look. Helps to prevent dirt and debris from getting in there and then it'd go through there.
So, it should look something like that. But that's about all there is to it for our look at the Replacement Cap Kit. As far as measurements, just for reference, outside it's about two and a quarter by two and a quarter. Inside it's about one and three quarters by one and three quarters. That's going to do it for our look at the Replacement Cap Kit for your Happy Jack Manual Truck Camper Jack System.

These camper jacks arrived with a damaged protective weather seal. When I contacted etrailer for a replacement, they told me there were no replacement parts available and nothing they could due about it. The failure appeared to be a result of poor packaging. Very disappointing for an expensive item.
Great fit for older happijac models. Timely delivery when you consider how hard these cap sets are to find.
Staff was responsive.
Products were of high quality and arrived promptly

Nice alternative to replacing the whole electric jack(which is expensive). You can run your jack up and down manually and get on with your day.
You need these if you are replacing the jacks and don't have the electric motors that go on top!
