I replaced my two rear legs last year and cant wait to install these two on the front. what a huge difference these legs make over the old ones. fast and smooth. The added height is nice with my new truck being at max extension for the old legs.

work great. nice upgrade from my original jacks. these are noisier going down the road which I was surprised at. They rattle more than expected but work great.

The Happijac’s arrived on time as promised and the jacks were easily installed on my Bigfoot camper. I would recommend etrailer.com and their excellent customer service.

Great customer service. Happijax leg I ordered was out of stock till September, so I emailed about a different one that was in stock. It was rated heavier and cheaper. etrailer changed the order immediately for me plus they don't invoice until order is actually shipped. Leg worked great. Took about 30 minutes to replace. Very satisfied.

I Purchased this 4820 screw jack leg to replace the original equipment 4600 leg that had failed on my 18 year old Eagle Cap pickup camper.
Had an installation problem getting the very bottom mounting bolt into the leg because the threads in the leg had been powder coated which fouled the threads. Had to grind down a thread tap to bottom out and chase the threads to install the bolt.

I was impressed with the 1000 pound heavier rating of the 4820, so I ordered a second 4820 leg 30 days later and when it arrived I mounted both 4820 screw jack legs at the front (heavier) end of the camper. I was upset to find that not only was the 2nd 4820 $xx more expensive, but it was also missing the connecting parts between the motor head and the leg screw, which had come with the first leg I ordered. I was able to get the leg to work with the old parts but it would not unlock the motor like the first leg would.

I contacted Becky B at etrailer.com and she worked with me to find out the exact part number of the missing parts and she was able to get Lippert Industries to drop ship the parts directly to me at no cost. She went the extra mile to insure excellent customer service after the sale.
I highly recommend etrailer.com to take care of your trailer/RV parts needs.

Customer service was excellent. Shipment and delivery was faster than what I had anticipated which was a very pleasant surprise. These jacks were easy to install and worked as expected. The reason for not giving a five star rating was due to a supply chain issue of which etrailer (as well as many other companies) have limited abilities to control. My original order included 4 gear motors and etrailer had zero in inventory. The projected date of delivery was mid April 2022. One way to improve my experience would have been to include the out of stock and projected delivery information in the Order Tracking system or when my original order was placed.
As for the performance of the jacks, time will tell as to their overall performance.

This leg Jack has a stronger weight rating than the original one that broke, which is a good improvement. It mounted up perfectly to my truck camper mounts, and the old motor drive mounted and worked perfectly. The only problem I had was the threaded hole for the bottom mounting bolt had powder coated threads and I had to fabricate a bottom tap to recut the threads for the short bolt to go in.

I replaced 2 of them on my 20 year old camper. Slight upgrade from the originals but bolted right on. They work much easier I should have done it sooner.

by:

I installed the motor on top of the Jack, bolted the Jack in place and it works beautifully! The Jack operation is quiet and smooth. Makes me want to replace the other three jacks. Tim
