Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're going to take a quick look at the HappiJacs extender bracket. This is going to be a great option to help extend your jacks out, give you a wider stance to help increase stability. This is going to work well for your dual wheeled chassis applications for your in bed truck campers. Just to extend it out so that you can get beyond that wheel well.
This bracket is right at 16 inches in overall length. Right at five inches in width there. Our inner width you can call it about four and five eights of an inch. These little arms, side brackets stick up at about an inch and a quarter. And you can see we do have the three holes on each side.
Those holes are all at about three eights of an inch.So if you do have a dual chassis or a dual wheel chassis, and you're wanting to extend your jacks out a little bit for your in bed truck camper, this is going to be a really nice solid option for you. A steel construction with that white powder coat finish to help resist rust and corrosion, and to give it a nice clean look to integrate well with your camper and your jacks. So it is going to do a good job of extending that out for you so that you have that wider base for your in bed truck camper. So that's going to complete our look for today. Resists rust and corrosion with a white powder coat finish.I have a 2021, Ram 3500, short bed, dually and, a Lance 825 camper. The only way to fit this camper on my truck was with at least 12 additional inches of clearance for the front camper jacks. The swingout brackets coupled with this Happijac Extender Bracket gave me over 14 inches! I did have to drill holes in the Happijac Extender bracket to align with my Atwood Jacks, but it works great! etrailer, you should list what brand of jacks this piece is pre-drilled for.
I asked if these could be installed without the swing out bracket for a flatbed. They cannot be installed without another bracket. If you are looking for a fixed bracket that doesn’t swing these won’t work. As seen in the picture they would bolt forward not out. They seem well made and showed up fast

Perfect fit. I have a 2018 Ram dually and needed the happijac swing outs along with these extenders to fit around the extra wide truck body. Greg was right on with this suggestion. I was also under a time constraint and He made sure that they arrived on time.

The plates are exactly what I needed. Solid build. Easy install. It seems a little expensive for two brackets and no hardware, but can't seem to find any alternative.

The only problem with your description of the item didn’t clearly say it was just one. You need two. One on each side.
I was in a hurry to get it so I did 2 day shipping only to find out it was only one and had to pay for 2 day shipping again.
Thankfully I got both brackets in time.

Perfect fit, knew it didn't come with bolts, etc (read the discription), just what we needed for newer, bigger truck to slip under camper for loading. 3 stars for cost, product is excellent.
The product is nice, however: they need to improve the packaging of the contents; the item has slid around inside of the box during the shipping and handling process, when the box arrived the carrier asked me to verify that the item was still inside if the box. The item had punctured the box making a hole in the side , the item had one bubble wrap in the box which did not secure it at all. The package was tapped up somewhere while in route to my house. The item is nice, and they do have nice priducts.
No hardware bolts/nuts are included for this item. A bit expensive for just a powder coated steel. Second etrailer should do a better job of updating the description as what's included and qty.

Perfect clearance for double rear wheel. I have extra wide tires at the back as well. Only draw back is that with crew cab you have to extend in order to open rear door.
it is over pricing a piece of angle for $xxx for 1 I thought it was a set shame on your company for over pricing a $xx Item!

A year and thousands of miles later. Still going strong with no signs or symptoms of any problems. I’ve gone around and made sure all the bolts were still snug and kept the hinges oiled well. Powder coating still holding strong. No complaints on this end.
