Actually had to place two orders in the same week the first was a replacement key for a trailer tool box, key works great. Second was an emergency for a Kodiak 225 brake caliper to replace one that failed on my boat trailer 450 miles from home. The customer service agent was great she monitored the order to make sure it shipped out same day for overnight shipping. The caliper arrived with new brake pads and was at my door by 10 am the next morning. She even followed up twice with e-mails to let me know the shipping status. etrailer is the only place I will go for trailer parts!
Ordering was simple and easy. My replacent key was delivered in 5 days and it worked. I am sooooo excited. I lost the original key to my truck toolbox about 4 years ago ( maybe longer than that) and with so many tools in it (which are quite expensive)I never really slept easy. I have been robbed before and tonight I will sleep like a baby. Thank you soooooo much. I believed my key was lost forever. I even thought about purchasing a new toolbox. Key works. Good customer service. Timely processing. First key didn't work. Company said had not had this problem with that particular key. I explained I was happy to return it if preferred but key didn't work. They sent me another which works great. Received email requesting review a year after ordering. This is a company that stands behind their products and cares about your satisfaction.
Was exactly what I needed. I wasted hours going to your regular places trying to get a key made for our trailer toolbox. Should have came here first. I lost my set of truck and toolbox keys at the lake. etrailer.com has the hard to find keys that hardware stores don't carry. The keys shipped fast so I can get back into my UWS tool boxes!
Had high doubts id find a replacement key for my Reading truck bed. Luckily these guys had a key. Got it in the mail and tried it and works. Locks and unlocks the cabinets! Thanks guys! Now no ugly latches and locks to install

This key fit my "Dawes, Better Built" brand box with the cylinder marked 510. At first I was concerned since it wasn't marked with the "CH" prefix but thought for the price I'd take a chance and it works great. Not much more I can say. It's a key, it works, the price was excellent, and it only took a few days to arrive. Can't possibly expect much more than that.
Product was described. Worked flawlessly. Definitely will do business again if the occasion arises. Looking at other items. I believe the shipping could be quicker with the options that are out there and customers would be willing to pay the additional cost.
