Hi everyone. It's Evangeline here at etrailer. And today we'll be taking a look at our Kelty Camp Galley Kitchen Organizer. When you're traveling you're gonna need to make sure you pack all of the essentials and that doesn't just include like your sleeping bags, your food and your water. You need an organizer too, to make sure everything is nice and safe and secure and ready to go. So that's where our kitchen organizers come in handy.

This is the Camp Galley, which is our medium sized organizer. If you need something larger let's say you have a larger gathering of more than four people. Check out the Camp Galley Deluxe. If it's just you, or maybe you and a friend you might be more interested in our Chef Roll. But today we are gonna be talking about the Camp Galley.

It's different specs, different features to see if it's the right fit for you and your different adventures. So I actually have it hanging from the door of our tear drop camper just to get easy access to our top lid. So we have three zippered pockets here. They all work pretty much the same way and these are gonna be ideal for carrying your longer utensils, like your spatulas, your tongs, or your different longer forks. And then on the bottom part, you have two sleeves.

So these have an elastic on the end and these are gonna be ideal for carrying your larger items like your cutting boards or your plates or the lids of your pots and pans. Speaking of pots and pans you kind of have space here for them on the bottom pocket especially since you have that strap over here but not that much. Later, we'll go into the specs just to see if you have enough space for your own utensils. And then on the bottom you have another zippered pouch and this is gonna be ideal for your forks, your spoons, your knives. Those can all go right in here and you zip them up when you're ready to go.

And another feature is gonna be this line over here. So if you have paper towels, you can actually just take this off, put the string through the paper towel and that way can unroll the paper towel itself. Or you can hang up your wash cloths just like this and let them drip dry. So you can kind of picture the types of items you can fit inside of this but let's talk about dimensions. So for width, it's gonna be about 15 inches wide. And for depth, you don't really have much of a depth in here, but you can bring this pouch out as much as six inches deep, but that's not all throughout so be careful with your larger or more deep pots and pans. Now let's talk about those pouches. So the height of the items you can carry in here for the bottom pouch is gonna be seven and three quarter inches. for the top pouch it's gonna be 10 inches and then you can stack them all the way as high as 12 inches or one foot. And in the length of your utensil since you have those longer pockets will be about 14 inches. The zippers are going to be three inches up there. So make sure they're not taller than three inches if you want them to fit inside. So for those larger pots and pans, if you have this set up at your campsite or at your trailer, it's perfectly fine to store them in here, but you may not be able to close the entire thing on there. So let's take this off and close it up. So we have some straps on the inside and the outside and they can be repurposed either to keep things closed or to keep it hanging. So let's go tighten this down and see how it looks like in the most compact position. So here you have this buckle and the buckle goes into itself and creates a handle for you to carry this around. So this is something really easy just to slide into your shelves underneath your seats or in your trunk. Let's take dimensions. With it, fully packed up like this you can see how it kind of retains shape or has enough shape for your larger items. So we're gonna measure for the actual square of our bag and that's gonna be 15 inches wide and then 13 and three quarter inches long. And we are gonna have a height of four and three quarter inches. The bag itself only weighs 1.1 pounds and I'm pretty impressed by the straps because then you have a pretty good weight pack for the utensils inside. All this matches to make for a nice portable container, ready to go. Now, the material of your bag is gonna be made of polyester. That is environmentally friendly it's durable and water resistant. So not waterproof. We can't submerge it into the pond but you could be okay with spills on it. Also, this makes it easy to wash for when it does get dirty after a little bit of time and wear and tear. So definitely something that is helpful just to keep everything contained. I recommend just loading it up with everything you need for your different adventures, and then storing it inside your camper for when you need to go.
