Are Replacement Parts Available For Trailer Valet That Has Been Damaged
Question:
I unfortunately backed my TV into my travel valet by jack knifing my trailer. My bad! Now the wheel doesnt lower with the spin handle. Any suggestion on how I can fix it? Its fairly new and have only used it one time before. Thanks for your help and quick response.

We do offer some replacement parts for the Trailer Valet, but it sounds like you have done some internal damage. The parts we offer are items like a crank handle # TV0006 or a Brake Cap And Steering Handle # TVBC.
If there was damage done to the parts on the inside of the jack I am afraid it will need to be replaced. We do have the Trailer Valet # TVXL2, # TVXL25, and # STC-V211 if you wish to replace your Valet. If you do decide you will replace it, you can save the old one for replacement parts if needed.
