The upper bracket was used, you can see we’re the bolts we’re torque down, definitely bent, and repainted to look new, far from that, I thought I was paying for a new one,

Im sorry that your item has arrived with markings on it. We do not sell used product or even returns however, our Demo team tests products to make videos on our site, which could be the reason there are markings of torque. We do have a system set up to where anything that resembles being used, is to not be put back on the shelf. I have sent your information over to our customer service department for them to assist you.
