I was expecting all 7 to be of the same lenght, a simple thing but this is not the case... I installed 3 and then realize that 2 out of the 7 were shorter!!! How can this be? So I am going to ask for a refund but the worse is now I end up exactly where I did not want to be, having to deal with multiple keys for my bagage compartments...The bloody etrailer website asked me so many times about measuring correctly my locks before ordering but somebody at the other end had been sleeping at the switch. I am really furious.
They didn't key my 3 locks alike and they sent me the longer cylinder I ordered the 1 1/8"

Perfect match for the SS latches on our outside compartment doors of our Forest River motorhome. Very pleased with the quality and solid construction of each piece. Much better option than the zinc plated options at other stores.
Initially was told there was some inventory issues that may cause a delay, but sales staff at etrailer kept me well informed. As it turned out delivery delay was only a few days!
You tell me you can provide me a lock, keyed to 391 and send me 1 keyed to 346, how do think I think about your company

But if there is any silver lining to this, its that you trust a company that still uses humans and is therefore susceptible to the occasional mistake. I hope you give us another chance in the future! And for now I will make sure our customer service team is aware of this and takes care of you.
Excellent replacement except the flat sides of the barrel are a slightly wider dimension than my 2010 Keystone Montana. I should be able to modify the existing hardware to accommodate the new cam lock cylinders.
Used these on my RV storage compartment doors. Great quality, smooth operation after 1 year of being in the elements.

Alex, Thanks for contacting me. First time I ever had an issue. I ordered (6) replacement locks for my unit all keyed alike. Well (4) came keyed one way (2) another way. No worries. I have a system for which compartments get the odd ball keys. Mark

Cylinders went right in and functioned well. Great communication from etrailer throughout the purchase process.
Listing says "Keyed Alike". No where does it list the key codes offered. No where does it ask what key code is needed. I placed an order, then emailed stating the key code I needed (g342). I wait a week to get the lock, I was sent the wrong lock (g346). I email with my issue and then im told we can only key these alike for 4 key codes (346-350). Dont waste your time trying to get your global link locks from these guys. [online] has everything you need cheaper.

The keyed alike option is to allow you to order multiples of the lock and have it all keyed the same.

I can definitely point you in the right direction on finding the right locks. You would want to measure the thread length of your originil lock and looks for the closest match. We do have three other sizes to choose from. Part # 295-000077, part # 295-000005, and part # 295-000003. I will have our Customer Service team contact you about how you can return the original lock.
Been trying to put together the locks I needed for our RV storage...and stop using the same key everyone else has! this went on for 3 months, trying to get it all together and keyed alike. Inflation kept raising the price and there was no inventory for what I wanted. I must say, etrailer and Justin were trying hard. We finally took a breather and waited a month. A week ago I tried again. Yesterday I received all 13 locks...all keyed the same...lengths were good, and best of all, they were able to key them the same as the original one I bought for a test. Determination! Thanks Justin!
One of the two cylinders received was not functioning properly. Called customer support and a replacement was sent without hesitation. Received the new cylinder within three days and works great.
I bought the locks with the intention of re-keying all my locks to the same key.
While the procedure itself is simple, you need a "special" key to do it. You have to be a licensed locksmith to obtain this key. It would have been nice to know before I wasted my money.

This product is typically used for RV baggage doors, general storage compartments, and outdoor kitchen and storage doors. If you want the key to fit your entry RV doors and other indoor lock compartments, then you would need to see a locksmith or purchase something like item # 295-000002 with the keyed alike number found on your new lock core. The other option is to purchase all new lock cylinders with the keyed alike option. Here are all of the Global Link products that can be keyed alike to your baggage door key:
I recently purchased from etrailer a set of cylinder locks for my RV, all Keyed the same. These locks are much superior to the stock locks that come with RV's. Now my keys are unique to my unit and I can use one key for all 9 bays. Unfortunately when I got the order two of the 11 cylinders were the wrong size. I contacted etrailer on the discrepancy and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We briefly discussed the situation about the order and they promptly sent out two replacements of the correct size keyed the same as the ones I already had. What a delightful experience I wish all companies would take a lesson in customer service from etrailer, they took a slight mishap and turned it into a great experience.
I enjoy ordering and working with etrailer whether it is just discussions on parts and components before ordering or dealing with post order issues, Their helpfulness and professionalism is outstanding. When I call I get someone on the phone almost right away and are more than happy to spend as much time as needed with your questions. Even when I email them I get a prompt response. I will continue to deal with etrailer for most of my RV parts needs. Excellent Job Etrailer Team.
Box was damaged and only 2 of 4 lock cores arrived. I like that you did your best to reduce packaging, but you might have taken it a bit too far. Maybe put the lock cores in a bag and tape it into the box next time.

A while back I had my trailer keys stolen out of my truck. I have a toy hauler and have many locks and compartments. Talked with Barry and Bryan and they set me up with all knew locks, 2 door locks, 2 vise locks for garage door, 5 cargo door latches, 2 of cam locks to replace the 751's. went with all global link locks and now my entire trailer is a 1 key operation. They got them all keyed alike. So much better than the 5 keys I was messing around with. Thank you guys
Lock was keyed alike with my other locks. I ordered the wrong size so I had to return it and order another one that was longer. Tori was very helpful in the whole re-ordering process.

I ordered 3 of these for my travel trailer storage compartment doors to replace the standard 751 locks. They were very easy to install. The action on the locks is smooth and firm. So far (after a month or so and 3 camping trips) they are working well. They seem a little pricey, but the less expensive ones that I ordered on A***zon literally fell to pieces when I started to install them, so these are well worth the higher cost.
RV storage door locks were easy to install and work as designed. I bought these to replace the storage door locks on my trailer which are keyed like most other RVs and trailers. Unlike other similar products I found on-line, this product has numerous key/lock combinations so the likelihood that someone will have the same key/lock combination is greatly reduced. I ordered three locks that were keyed the same and have greater confidence in the security of my camping equipment stored in the trailer storage compartments.
Recently I ordered eight Global Link RV Locks (7 item #295-000004 &
1 item #295-000003), all keyed alike. Within about an hour and a half of receiving the locks I had installed seven of the locks on my motorhome, replacing the standard CH751 locks. The eighth lock I installed on a tool box mounted on a flat bed trailer I occasionally tow behind the motorhome. All of the locks installed easily and did not require any modifications or adjustments. All work smoothly and look good. I am definitely happy with this product and the great service provided by etrailer.
The key fits nicely, the threads are sharp and accurate, the mechanisms turns smoothly no matter which key I use (six cylinders keyed alike, all keys work everywhere). Just put them in so no feedback about durability but seems like a solid quality lock cylinder.
Also ordered 37200195 handles, they were a very tight fit on the cylinders, but the final install looks great.
FYI, the cylinder install may have an error (in my opinion) of where the rubber gasket goes relative to the handle. I put my rubber gasket behind the handle against the door. Matter of opinion maybe?
Customer service was great as I called to make sure I got the right item, the person helping me did a great job.
Seems to be well made and we're easily installed
