If there's no space on your rail to hang your boat's fenders, use these clamp-on hangers to secure them to your vertical rails instead. Just clamp each hanger onto your rail and feed the 5/8" diameter fender line through the jam cleat.

Ellen: Everyone, I'm Ellen 00:00:02 here at etrailer.com and today we're taking a look at the Taylor Made Vertical Rail Boat Fender Hanger. This is an easy way to get your boat fender in place and hold that rope down as you're going down the seas. And basically just has these little teeth cut into it to hold that rope and capture it in there so that it can't pull out and release your fender. Does have the hardware to cinch it around a tube, so it can attach to any kind of vertical rail. This will fit anything that's seven-eighths of an inch to one inch in diameter and it does accept rope sizes up to five-eighths of an inch.So I've got a length of rope here. This is about five-eighths and, so you can see it pulls down inside there and then captures really well so you don't have to worry about that slipping out.
The other end can just loop down over those little teeth that catch it. And then if you're any kind of high-wind situation or a storm starting to pick up, you can actually just wrap this around the pole and then back down in those teeth to capture that in place. So, should keep your fenders protected and secure. We do get two with this kit. I'm going to go over some measurements with you, just so you can know how big these are. The total length from the very widest point out here to the very back of where it mounts up to that vertical pole, it's going to be two and three-quarters inches long.
And then, the outside diameter where it would attach is going to be about an inch and a quarter. And then, the portion that would actually go on our rod is about one and seven-eighths inches long, so this cylindrical part here. And then the little hooks that come up and kind of looks a little rhino, that part is just two and a half inches tall. And that's going to do it for our look at the Taylor Made Vertical Rail Boat Fender Hanger.

Over a period of several months they kept me regularly informed of status. Today the fender hangers arrived and were promptly installed. I am extremely happy with how they function while remaining unobtrusive.
These clips are great! They make it easy to hang and adjust your fenders.
Great Price, Fast shipping, and excellent product

I needed to retighten the mounting screws after a year to ensure the unit would not turn on the stanchion. Other than that, no issues.
