Forgot to take the original pin off the rear bumper so lost it on the road. etrailer sent replacements (got a spare) quickly. Great customer service and follow up. Always get great products and service from etrailer for many years!
My order delivered on time but not fit to my need, then I called and asked for sending me the shipping label and offered to pay for that for returning the heavy item for possible change. By, I advised that I should pay to post office myself and when they receive the item then reimburse my purchased fee.
The point is the fee for shipping as a personal heavy item is more than the purchased fee. This is compared to commercial shipping fee that cost them about $[XX] to send it to me.
I think this is not fare and square returning policy by the Company to prevent returning heavy items. Thus, my purchased item is unusable for me and I lost my whole paid fee and my time. Because of that I don’t recommend on line Bussines with this company.
Easy to find and order on the site and delivered within days. Product is as advertised. Solid locking pin.

After a year, the bike rack is holding up well. I’m still satisfied with the purchase. I lost the main pin but ordered a couple spare pins that worked fine. The rack, hinges, straps and appearance are all holding up well.
Etrailer and their customer service were great. I was able to find several replacement parts for my hitch bike rack and they were shipped out the same day, received a couple days later in perfect condition. And the right parts! Great service. Thanks! I would highly recommend using them for your trailer needs.
I've purchased multiple items from etrailer in the past and always get great products accompanied by great service. This time was no different. I have an old bike rack purchased from etrailer about 12 years ago that needed a part. The etrailer website made it simple to search for and locate exactly what I needed. I love my 4-bike Swagman carrier. It is very solid. I have light road bikes and heavy cruisers and it carries all four nicely. My wife backed into a metal gate and messed the carrier up. I was able to order 3-4 new parts and it is better than new. The whole carrier can be rebuilt in the case of damage.
This was an exact replacement for the pin I lost. Came two days before estimated date. Great service and feedback.

I actually just sold my fat bike last week so won’t probably need the big loops now. But they worked just fine for the 4.6 inch tires.
