The Replacement Upright Ratchet Assembly for Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack # SP530 is actually designed to be used as a replacement for the Swagman Chinook Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # S64683, and will not work with the Replacement Ratcheting Hook Set for Swagman XTC and XC Series Bike Carriers # P186 that you mentioned.
Instead, you'll want to take a look at the Replacement Locking Long and Short Hooks for Swagman Chinook, Dispatch, G10, or E-Spec Bike Racks # SP428.
These ratcheting hooks are designed to work with the Replacement Upright Ratchet Assembly for Swagman Chinook 2 Bike Platform Rack # SP530 that mention, and also includes 2 keyed-alike locks with keys.
