If your bike rack is either the Swagman XTC4, item # S64665, or the Swagman XTC-2, item # S64670, the lowest hook will secure a bike that has a flat attachment point at 13-1/2 inches or higher above the bike rack wheel loops.

If your bike rack is the Swagman XC, item # S64650, the lowest hook will secure a bike that has a flat attachment point at 16-3/4 inches or higher above the bike rack wheel loops.

I checked the R Martin R12 out on the web and if your bike has the extra frame cross bar above the pedals it looks like it will work but you will need to measure no dimensions were available on the web. You could also use the Thule Women and Alternative Frame Bike Adapter Bar for Hitch Bike Racks, item # TH982XT, with the bike if the battery pack is removed to reduce the weight of the bike.

At 60 pounds each, with battery pack installed, you will also need to make sure you stay within the bike rack, hitch and vehicle tongue weight ratings.
