view full answer... - Troubleshooting Leaking RV Shower Basically, a vacuum breaker has a piece of plastic that is held in place by water pressure. If the water pressure is to drop the piece will spring out of the way exposing a vent that will allow air to enter. Your leak could be from the vacuum breaker being open letting water run through it all the time. The replacement we carry for Phoenix Faucets is # PF273002.
