My experience with etrailer and the parts they provided to fix my leaky shower diverter stem was fantastic! First, etrailer definitely had the best prices, and beat all other retailers, both online and in brick & mortar stores. Second, the time from order to shipment to receipt of the parts was SUPER FAST!! The communication from etrailer that they already shipped my parts was literally within hours, and I received the parts three days faster than expected! Of course the most important part of my order was whether the parts worked to fix the problem, and I'm very happy to say that the parts were the EXACT replacements that were needed!
