Specs:
Note: This step assembly includes the step frame only. For the steps to work, you will need a motor, control unit, and switch kit.
If you want the complete step assembly that allows the steps to automatically extend and retract with the RV door, you will need a control unit (sold separately). You will also need a switch kit (sold separately), which lets you override the automatic retraction, so the steps stay out whether the door is open or closed. The complete assembly with steps, motor, control unit, and switch kit is available under part number LC372261.

Replaces the damaged or worn out 2-step frame for your Kwikee powered RV entry steps. Designed to work with your existing 32 series motor, control unit, and switch kit (all sold separately). Amber light sold separately.Easy to install but for some reason the step isn’t extending out all the way. Any advice? Has anyone else had this issue.
Was not switch out and install.
Had to modify the bracket that attached to the regulating gears...They work great installed.
The electric steps I purchased fit perfectly on my RV and I didn’t have to buy a motor of any other things as my stuff still worked.
I purchased the Kwikee RV steps because the frame on my old one was broken. It was relatively simple to put on and attach to the existing electrical. I did need to use my car jack and some blocks to hold it up while I attached and tightened the bolts. It works just like it's supposed to, and it looks the way the original one did.
Fast. efficient and best prices on the Internet
Perfect fit. 1 hour replacement time.
I bent my steps and was going to get a whole new set. My motor and light were fine, so Ijust got this frame. Perfect fit, easy install and saved over $200.
Did great now the hard part install but I got this
Bent my rusted stairs. Shopped around. Entire assembly was about $1000 for parts. RV techs would have easily cost another few hundred. Found the frame-only solution and did it myself by swapping the motor and controller from the old one. (Dewalt 20V hammer drill with ratchet and extension required) Spent less than 2 hours and less than $400. Only problem is that it was 5 weeks delayed from the manufacturer. Would have been nice to know before I pulled the bent one. Regardless, etrailer did a great job and delivered a functional product at a reasonable price.
As the factory steps on my 2003 Bounder Motorhome were damaged in a minor accident it was very helpful to be able to replace only the frame. The factory frame was bent but the motor and gears worked OK. The tech support at Etrailer.com was very helpful in locating the correct replacement part as original Kwikee part numbers were discontinued. Probably the reason I ordered from Etrailer.com was the help I received from Tech Support and the quick shipping provided. I have ordered several parts in the past from Etrailer.com and have been completely satisfied with everything I received. I appreciate the good customer service and knowledgeable support folks that take the time to help with ordering the correct parts.
I ordered these replacement steps because I damaged the other beyond repair. I order on Monday afternoon and received them on Wednesday afternoon. I installed them that afternoon Switched motor and other electrical parts laid in ground and with the help of my wife we had them on in about an hour. They work great ang look great. Thanks for your help and promo service.
It arrived on time. Very well made. Medium effort installation. Looks great fits 100% to the old location. Electrical parts matched and easy of use very enjoyable. Would do it again if need but let's hope I don't lol. I will at every chance recommend always Ben
I want to thank the young man that helped me when I was ordering my steps for my motorhome it was great customer service from him he took the time out to make sure that I'm getting what I needed yes I will order from etrailer again
Installed the new steps and control box 1year ago and it’s been working great since. I definitely would recommend this.
My package arrived sooner than I expected which was great. I installed the steps in a couple of hours, the next day the weather turned bad. The box was in great shape (not like some I've received. All is good.
Thank you.
Received in a very timely manner. All old part patched. Had steps installed in about one hour after unpacking box. Will always keep you in mind if I need more parts.
Thank You

I reached out to the manufacturer and they had a couple things you can try. They said to have you pull the small cotter pin where the linage arm attaches to the step frame so that the step is free moving. If you can push the step in and out by hand, then that means the issue is likely a motor issue. If the step does not move inout freely and has resistance, then the step frame could possibly be bent, and would need a full replacement. Let me know what you find out and we can go from there!
