Perfect replacement for my application of mounting new RV steps.
The steps were easy to install such to a degree I didn't look at the directions. The only drilling required was for two screws in the back strap and into the frame to keep the steps solid. Prior to ordering I called etrailer to ensure the steps would fit and was told they would; and sure enough they did. Thank you.
Order was made during Christmas Shopping so I did not really expect to get it fast. I was wrong. It arrived fast. Box was a little damaged but its a heavy step. All was good with it and I was able to install it myself. Everything worked out and was a good fit. Very happy with product and service I was given.
All of the dimensions for the stairs that I purchased, were readily available on the website, which made the ordering process that much easier. The stairs that I purchased fit exactly into my trailer, no modifications or drilling required, all of the bolt holes lined up. They were packaged very well and they arrived at my home in beautiful condition. Good website, good shipping, great product, I'm a very happy customer!
Here are my points:
1. Information on the right fit before I placed the order was accurate and
appreciated.
2. The steps arrived very quickly.
3. The steps had some nicks in the finish that were not from shipping. I'll
touch them up rather than send the steps back.
4. There were no instructions included from the company in the box. I went
online to get them
5. The additional mounting kit hardware wasn't required as your information
stated. The mounting bolts were welded in place by the coach manufacturer. I
didn't learn this until I removed the old steps.
The steps are installed and working, but the action is not as smooth as I
had hoped. There's no reason to believe that there is an issue - they will
likely smooth out after I use them for a season.
Great customer service, they followed up the next day after delivery. If you have an RV this is a great place for items you may need. With their pictures and video's I found it very helpful in purchasing the same stairs I needed. Will use them again.
Quality product. We are installing on older motorhome (1981), so bolt pattern did not fit, but room on mounting plate to modify and make it work.
Exactly what I needed, at a reasonable price. Delivered earlier than stated. Replaced the steps on my travel trailer, and they were an exact match!!
Katie was a big help in finding and ordering the right part. Ordering from etrailer.com is easier than going to the nearby camping sales and service dealer.

Awesome. The steps work well and are pretty solid. I have the three step version. Fit well and not too hard to install. I used a floor jack to install to make it easier.
