Hello etrailer neighbors, Steven here. Today we're looking at the replacement mounting bracket for your Kodiak Disc Brake Caliper. Now this does work with a 9,000 or a 10,000 pound Dexter Axle and it has a nice decrement finish. So it is built and constructed of a heavy duty ductile iron construction. It's got a nice decrement plating that's gonna provide that superior corrosion resistance for fresh water or salt water use. They have tested it for a 300 to 400 hour salt spray testing and is rated for 300 to 400 hours.

It's got nice embossed bolt holes. They're gonna provide extra thread contact for caliper guide bolts. It's gonna give you a nice, tight, secure connection between that bracket and the caliper itself. Now, the side support here is gonna ensure that the load is carried by the bracket itself and not just the bolts and that's gonna help stiffen and reduce vibration whenever you break. Now, it is a universal design, meaning it will work with both left hand or right hand assemblies, whichever side you decide to put it on.

Now, it does have a three year warranty and it fits a rotor diameter of 11.6 inches. Now, it also does have what's called a seven bolt flange configuration.
