  I do have an option for you but the MaxxTow Ball Mount w/ 2" Accessory Receiver part # MT70066 is not offered with a 6" drop. The only option we have that would allow you to mount a hitch ball that far below the receiver tube and then place a hitch mounted accessory above this would be with the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers part # 325-GH-404 for 5" drop or part # 325-GH-504 for 7-1/2" drop.   For your application I recommend using the Replacement Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount # 325-GH-304 because it's one of the few options that allow you to use a bike rack and tow dolly (most of them are for a bike rack and flat towing). The Gen-Y has stacked receivers so you can have your bike rack installed in the highest position (with the receivers stacked going up from the shank) and then you can attach a ball mount or use the Dual-Ball # 325-GH-031 for the tow dolly.

  I do have an option for you to drop the connection point with the bike rack and that is with the Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount part # 325-GH-303. This is one of the only options that won't reduce weight capacity and it can be used for towing a well with the Replacement 2-Ball Mount part # 325-GH-031 if need be. The Roadmaster High-Low Adapter part # RM-048-4 is a more cost effective option but will reduce the weight capacity of the hitch by 50% or 400 lb, whichever is lower.
