Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a brief look together at these Filler Shims by Gen-Y Hitch. Now these quarter of an inch thick shims are going to adapt your 12 inch wide Gen-Y Hitch Executive Shock Absorbing Pin Box to your trailer that has a 12 and a half inch wing width. You're just gonna simply slide these shims between your pin box and trailer wings, and they're gonna give you a tight, secure fit. Now these are made here in the USA.
And they're constructed of a quarter of an inch steel plate, so it's gonna be very durable for you. And as I hope you can see there, they are finished in a gray powder coat, giving you that rust and corrosion resistance. It's gonna match the same coating of your Gen-Y Executive Shock Absorbing Pin Box. And this is directly from Gen-Y, so you can proceed with confidence, knowing that it's gonna work hand in hand with your Executive Shock Absorbing Pin Box. used these plates as hole patterns to bore new holes and fit the GenY gooseneck hitch on old 1997 Thor, 9 inch square tube. Be careful - its tricky!
It is a great great hitch I really like how you don’t feel the axles hitting bumps and railroad tracks. It’s a great design
Direct fit, easy installation, only thing is had to move to the top set of holes on the trailer brackets. Looks great
